this place is hopping every day with customers. Antime i go in (which is alot) it can be hard to find a sit. But the food is good and they do take away is you like. The view of the harbour is also nice if you manage to get a seat outside!!

We go to The Bay Cafe a lot, because we're in Dunmore East a lot and it is such a treat to wander down there early in the morning, sit outside at the lovely tables (if it's dry) and look out over the harbour with the buzz of the village all around you. Their coffee is fabulous, esp because you can get a personal cafetiere of coffee which is cool. They do a beautiful variety of breakfasts (scrambled egg and smoked salmon with wholemeal toast is a fave of mine) and not just the generic fatty full Irish. The service is pleasant and laid back and it has happened on more than one occasion that we've gotten a free round of toast. Go to the Bay Cafe, sit with the morning paper and have a bite to eat. You'll love it!
