Okay, so most of the time I stay away from meat. Well, I try to. I had such a bad craving for a burger for the passed few days and all I could think of was the "chilli" burger from GBK. I coaxed a friend into coming with me for lunch. To my utter dismay, there was no chilli burger. There was chilli sauce to go on the fries and there was a chilli chicken burger - ew. I wanted a big, juicy, chilli coated beef burger. I was sad. So, instead I opted for the bacon and cheese. It was YUMMY! The burgers are huge, and embarrassing. Try sit in a booth where nobody can see you with sauce all over your gob after you take a gloriously juicy bite. Hei Hei fries were really good but quite salty. Rosemary fries were nice. Not to my taste, though. The service was great, friendly and quick. Not to forget the bottomless soft drinks - why can't we have bottomless beers? I hadn't been here for a long time, it was quite a nice change. I enjoyed my lunch and was stuffed all day. Good job, GBK!

Toscana City Centre
3 Cork Hill, Dame Street (opposite Dublin Castle), Dublin City Centre, Dublin 2, Temple Bar, Dublin

I had heard a lot about this restaurant before I came here, mainly from my friend who was getting married and is obsessed with this place. He chose this restaurant for his wedding dinner and it was fantastic. We had a group of 50 for dinner and the staff were amazing. They were so helpful and pleasant, they made sure every single person was taken care of, topped up our wine quite a bit, checked on ALL of us for our food. They worked very hard. We had a four course meal and it was delicious from start to finish. There was 6 starter options, 8 main options and 4 dessert options, along with tea or coffee to finish. I chose the hot wings for starter, the chicken literally fell off the bone. Divine! They were very spicy but absolutely lovely. I chose tagliatelle alla Toscana for dinner, more chicken.. The pasta and sauce was beautiful, so creamy and full of flavour. I couldn't handle any more chicken so I left that alone. The portions were huge. I could barely finish it. I took a break, along with everyone else! Then my dessert came out, I ordered the lemon cream and biscotti. TO DIE FOR. So creamy, bursting with flavour and a lovely tangy aftertaste. The biscotti could have been a slight but crunchier but that's just how I like it. Finished with an espresso and I was doneeee. I could barely move. The owner came to see how everyone was doing, she's an absolute diamond. She made sure everything went perfectly. Her staff are an absolute credit to her. Fantastic restaurant.

Boojum
Millennium Walkway, Dublin 1, City Centre North, Italian Quarter, Dublin

This is a great spot for burritos. I love the vegetarian burrito - that's my go-to when I come along to Boojum. It's cheap and cheerful. The staff are great and the service is quick. Perfect for lunch!

Mao Restaurant (Chatham Row)
2-3 Chatham Row, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

I went here with a friend recently, I ordered spring rolls and Malaysian chicken with Chocolate cake for dessert. Overall, the food was good. The chocolate cake was to die for, that was the best part of the meal. The service was okay, although, slightly slow. I felt like it took a long time for our order to be taken initially. I would consider dining at this restaurant again. It is a nice place!

Noah & Co
Liffey Valley SC, Font Hill Road, West Dublin, Clondalkin, Dublin

Went for breakfast here a couple of times. The food is good, the service isn't great. The wait staff are a little slow, although the food arrives rather quickly. I feel like the prices are slightly high for the quality of the food but overall, its not bad!

Pitt Bros Smoked BBQ
Unit 1, Wicklow House, Georges St, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

The food here was delicious. I had pulled pork, with fries on the side. My friend had brisket with fries. We both really enjoyed it. The staff were really friendly, there's a nice atmosphere. The only thing I wasn't impressed by was the price of the beers, also, a strange selection. Other than that, I really enjoyed it. I will definitely be back.

My friends and I go to Yo! all the time, we love it! The staff are great, the food is amazing and the value for money is definitely worth it! Only thing I would change about it would be the music. Its the same music all the time and it can get quite boring and annoying. Other than that, its perfect! Love this place!!

Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK Liffey Valley)
Unit 40B, Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, West Dublin, Liffey Valley, Dublin

Myself and My Boyfriend have been to GBK quite a few times, We love it! The Food Is excellent. The staff could be a bit more friendly but other than that its lovely. Although they would probably be better if they did "meals" instead of just burgers and then buying everything seperate.
