We decided to try this place after smelling the cooking from the car park out the back. Entering the door the atmosphere is great, warm, cosy and strangely continental. Perfect! The series of intimate little booths are a great idea for couples with nice sized intimate tables. There’s nothing worse than being to far away across a table to talk to somebody. On to the menu, it was mouth watering. And quite reasonable too. The set menu of 3 courses for €24 was excellent! I highly recommend their pastas! Service was polite and friendly, only loosing a star because it was a little slow for my liking, though this was valentines weekend so perhaps I'm nit picking. A great restaurant. I will definitly be back.

Riverbank House Hotel
The Bridge, Wexford, Wexford Town, Wexford

This is a great restaurant, one of my favourites. I was late coming down from Dublin and said I would call down to the River Rank. Staff were very friendly and were happy to serve me dinner even though i was quite late. The chowder in this restaurant is gorgeous! I recommend coming here for the chowder alone. Atmosphere is nice and relaxed great for unwinding after a long day. Views from the windows of scenic Wexford town at night all lit up is a great backdrop. I had a sirloin steak for main course and it was cook to perfection and their pepper sauce was perfect too! Sticky toffee pud for desert was amazing! I cant wait for another one of them! Some might say the toilet facilities are a little dated, but that’s really looking for fault. Great food, great location. Highly recommend!

Pizza Stop
6/10 Chatham House, Chatham Lane, Off Grafton Street, City Centre South, Dublin

This is a cosy little family styled Italian just off Grafton Street. Staff are friendly and happy. Its quite a busy spot throughout the day. So maybe not the most intimate of places. But by no means loud and uncomfortable. Menu is full of tasty Italian treats. But traditional Irish style food is available also. Their bolognaise sauce and pizzas are probably the best I've had for a long long time. The menu is very reasonably priced too! The best part of this place in my opinion is the wine menu! The ask the staff what they recommend with your dish. I had a lovely red and it was delicious! Will definitly be back!

The Old Storehouse Bar and Restaurant
Crown Alley, Temple Bar, Dublin

This is a lovely cosy bar in temple bar. I went there with my girlfriend and we both agreed it was excellent. It was nice and private and quiet so it made for a great intimate atmosphere. Staff were very plesent and friendly. Service was quite slow but not outrageously so. Food was great. The menu here I thought was quite varried for a pub menu. I had chicken liver patte to start and it was perfect! The menu was very cheap too! Special offers were available if I remember correctly. Great selection of wines and cocktails too. Hope to return nect time I'm in Dublin!

Ho Wun Chinese Takeaway & Restaurant
2 Main Street, Dunboyne, Meath

I cant praise this place enough! Its perfect. Staff are extremely friendly, professional and polite. The menu is a typical Chinese resturaunt style menu, but the prices are much cheaper than other chinese resturaunts I've been too. Food is mouthwatering too. Special offer of 3 course meal for €16 is great and the food on this is delicious too! I highly recommend the ribs to start MELT IN YOUR MOUTH! Wine list is a little short, but what they have is delicious. Will be back many times!
