Visited here last Saturday with some friends and was very impressed. The service and atmosphere is superb. I went for Jaipur Jugalbandi as a starter, which was lovely and spicy. The mains for the table were Goan Seafood Curry, Pardah gosht Dumdaar, and Tikka Masala. All went down a treat. All of us feel that we will be coming here again. Well worth a visit

La Banca Ristorante
Main Street, Lucan Village, Lucan, Dublin

my 1st time to visit and certainly won't be my last. Quite possibly the best rissoto i've ever had. Great food. My brother-in-law who is quite a fussy eater had 'Fillet of Irish Beef & Wild Rocket Tagliatelle', and my sister had a chicken dish that was on the special. We all raved about the food. Everything was just so fresh and tasty. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

The Peacock Restaurant @ Finnstown Country House
Newcastle Road, West Co. Dublin, Lucan, Dublin

Mixed opinion of this place. Food seemed very ordinary to me, although i will cheer their sauces. Loved the mint sauce with the lamb. Banoffee pie was the worst i ever had!!

The Porterhouse (North )
Cross Guns Bridge, Glasnevin, Dublin

Good place to go for a casual bite to eat. Generous portions, and reasonable prices. Great selection of beers too! Great place for a good night out

Thunder Road Cafe
Fleet Street, Dublin 2, Temple Bar, Dublin

The only thing this place has going for it is the atmosphere and the cocktails. The food is rubbery and tastes as though it came straight from a packet. I don't intend to ever go here again and would never recommend it.

Eddie Rockets (Liffey Valley)
Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, West Dublin, Liffey Valley, Dublin

As restaurants go I’d only give a 3 star but it’s a 5 star compared to other diners. Food is really good quality for a burger joint although I don't feel it justifies the prices it charges. Strawberry malt is a winner!!

Elephant & Castle
18/19 Temple Bar, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Totally agree with everyone with regards to the chicken wings, beautiful and spicy, and not too hot. Huge portion too. Cheesecake can be very dry though. Well worth a visit.

New Good Year Chinese Restaurant
1st Floor Ballyowen Castle Shopping Centre, West Dublin, Lucan, Dublin

Not a big fan, sauces tend to be quite watery I find. There are much better Chinese’s in Lucan.
