Il Corvo Restaurant
98-100 Upper Drumcondra Road, Dublin 9 , Drumcondra, Dublin

Lovely atmosphere for a friday evening and quick service. However the food was just ok, it all tasted a little bland for Italian food. There didn't seem to be garlic in anything, the portions where small as well. But very tasty dessert :)

The Yacht (Clontarf)
73 Clontarf Road, Clontarf, Dublin

When we arrived at the yacht it was busy. So busy that I had to go ask for menus and then ask to place an order. The food didn't come out together I waited a little longer than the rest of the party. The food was ok, not as nice as expected. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and sweet potato fries this was accompanied with pickle and onion rings. The onion rings where hard, the sweet potato fries tasted reheated rather than fresh and the sandwich was unremarkable. My son had the pasta was bland. Garlic bread was nice tasty and fresh. Not sure if I would return

The Lovely Food Co (Drumcondra)
94 Drumcondra Road Lower, Drumcondra, Dublin

Sunday brunch time is not a very good time to visit. The lovely Food company was packed and the one waiter seemed to be stressed. The food was not as good as the last time I visited seemed very rushed and not as much care taken when preparing.

Firepit
40 Aungier Street, City Centre South, Dublin

This is a nice little place with unexpected food. The food was excellent but was very good. I had the mixed chicken grill which was very tasty, my boyfriend had the burger which was over cooked. The milk shake just tasted like frothy milk with no flavour. Everything was covered in garlic sauce. The value, service and staff where great.

Bach 16
16 Bachelors Walk, City Centre North, Dublin

WOW, what an absolute gem this place is. On arrival the staff where so friendly and welcoming. They chatted casually with us and let us choose a nice table in the window. My friend and I had afternoon tea which I would highly recommend from the homemade pesto to the fresh warm scones this was a lovely treat for a Friday afternoon. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Cafe Topolis
37 Parliament Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

On arrival the restarunt was very busy but our table was ready as I had pre booked. The music was very loud but lowered on request. The early bird menu had a small choice in my opinion the lunch menu is much better. We ordered meat balls which where not on the menu which was much to my sons delight. I had the Caesar salad to start which was fresh and tasty. The pizzas where as expected delicious and the minute steak was very nice

Voila
14 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Beautiful little restaurant. Elegantly set up friendly staff. I had a wonderful bowl of warm soup reminded me of my grandmothers cooking. Then as a treat I had a strong tasty coffee and the best bit a deliciously chocolaty rice crispy square YUM. Nice place to unwind

Buenos Aires Grill
Unit 2 Castle Way, Golden Lane, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

When my friend and I arrived we were the only people there so we picked a nice table near the kitchen. We had the surf and turf, the meatballs were really tasty and full of flavour. The steak was tender and the chicken was moist and full of flavour. Chips and veg where fresh. Delicious and great value

Hungry Mexican Restaurant @ Bodkins Bar

On arrival the restaurant was very busy but there was a great atmosphere. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. The food again was superb to start we had the tequila chicken wings and nachos very tasty fresh and full of flavour. Then I had the pulled pork chimycunga and my boyfriend had the el porko, wow the meat was so soft and full of flavour. Again 10 out of 10

Da Mimmo Restaurant
148A North Strand Road, City Centre North, Dublin

A real little gem. Friendly staff and beautiful food. A real Italian experience the complimentary bread, pesto and olives on arrival is a really nice touch. I would definitely advise booking a table as it was packed and only go if you like beautiful Italian food as they don't change their pizzas and there's no create your own option.
