We went to celebrate getting engaged here after having spoken to friends about the venue. It did not disappoint, the food was amazing apart from our waiter after the first course smelled of smoke. Apart from that everything was perfect and would go again.

As lovers of Ale we fell in love with this place the moment we walked in the door. This first pub in dublin to actually understand what real beer is and serve it. We had some worries about ordering food as it was just full of people drinking from the work crowd but by the time being we got served food it had emptied. The food was very good and whole some and I would recommend to other people without hesitation.

Eddie Rockets (Stillorgan)
Stillorgan Shopping Centre, Stillorgan, Stillorgan, Dublin

Eddie rockets would normally be one of the last places to go and visit just ahead of mac donalds but hunger took over so me and my partner went for a burger. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the food and the service. We both had a burger, a milk shake and we shared some chicken wings. The service was prompt and the burger was pretty good so to be honest if I was that hungry again I would probably choose this over a few other fast food places in the surrounding area.

Pinocchio Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar
Luas Kiosk, Ranelagh Village, Dublin 6, Ranelagh, Dublin

This was our second time visiting pinocchio's. The first time was at lunch and the place was amazing and so was the food to boot. We decided to try it in the evening as we had received such amazing reviews from friends. When we arrived the place was very busy and the staff very very friendly. Unfortunately we got sat next to a group of very loud, swearing americans which did spoil our evening a little but the food more than made up for it. We started with a place of anti pasti which was amazing and then I had a special and my partner had something from the main menu and it was just perfect. We did have to wait a while for the main course but the staff were very honest and came a few times and let us know how long it was going to be. All in all if you remove the horrible americans from the evening it was a fantastic place and I will certainly be going again,

Monsoon (Stillorgan)
4-5 The Hill, Stillorgan, Stillorgan, Dublin

We have eaten here many times and every time we take something different on the menu as they have such a variety. The food has never disappointed. I am surprised at the low scores for this restaurant as they make a very good curry at a very good price compared to most places in dublin. We will certainly be back again. My only complaint is that they dont have cobra on tap.

The Stillorgan Orchard
1 The Hill, Stillorgan, Stillorgan, Dublin

We have eaten in here many times before and the food is what I would consider to be good pub grub. Its not amazing and its not horrible just good wholesome food at good prices. The service is always good though they regularly seem to be run off there feet but we are never in a rush and the pints are good.
