Was in for lunchtime, and had the lunchtime special. It was a chicken noodle soup dish and it was tasty, but I felt it was overpriced, considering the ingredients were mostly regular ingredients, not exotic and the portions were very conservative. I work in the area and would love a good value asian restaurant in the area.

Bamboo Cafe Thai & Chinese
46 Drumcondra Road Lower,Drumcondra,Dublin 9, Drumcondra, Dublin
Standard takeaway food. Can be a little bit greasy, but the breast of chicken curry and chips was delicious. I wouldn't recommend having a sit-down meal here, only a take-away.
Kealys of Cloghran
Old Airport Road, (Off Airport Roundabout), North Dublin, Cloghran, Dublin
I had a Club Sandwhich with colleagues, and found it to be very tasty. It seemed a little expensive for sandwhich and the bacon was quite fatty btu apart from that it was nice. The staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. The interior itself is very comfortable, clean and warm. It's definetly not airport food!

We went to Chilli Banana at the height of the snowy weather, because it was local. As a result of the weather conditions we were the only two in the restaurant that night, and received excellent service. The waiter was topping up our glasses when we had only one third drank. The food was standard Thai, but nothing magnificent. I got a take-away during the summer and found ti to be much nicer. I had prawn filo rolls for a starter on the Early Bird menu, and they were fine. Then I ordered Thai Yellow Curry and it was fine. Overall, the food was nice, but nothing out of this world. The atmosphere and service were excellent. I'd recommend this if you feel like going for a Thai meal locally.
