Went here recently with my wife on our anniversery- food was delicious and there was a good atmosphere in the place. When we said it was our anniversery they gave us a few drinks on the house. Staff very very friendly. Nicest Indian I've had in Ireland.

Good chicken, cool place, free refills, good value. Would definitely recommend this place.

FIRE Restaurant and Lounge
Mansion House, Dawson Street, Dublin 2, Dawson Street, Dublin

Very nice surroundings in this place- the decor, service and architecture were all very fancy. Everything was reasonably priced, and the food was delicious. The only problem was that I was still hungry afterwards. I ordered the chicken and was presented with a small piece of chicken on one scoop of potato, and a few veg. For the sake of another few scoops of spuds, which would have cost them nothing, I would have left full. In keeping with the overall theme, the plate looked very nice, but there should be no minimalism when it comes to food!

Eddie Rockets (Dame Street)
Dame Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

I went here recently after a night out for a much needed snack. The staff were chatty and the booths are a good place to sit and recount the nights events. In saying that, the price of the food is a bit of a joke for what it is- I just got chips with a little pot of garlic dip (which you'd expect to be included) and it ended up costing me the guts of a fiver. For a bowl of chips! It was worth it at the time but I'd think twice before going back.

Eddie Rockets (Baggot Street)
33 Upper Baggot Street, Dublin 2, Baggot Street, Dublin

Went here recently for the first time in awhile, it seems a bit cheaper these days but my favourite Double Take Chicken is no longer on the menu, which was very disappointing. Staff reused to accomodate me about this in any way. I won't be back in a hurry!
