Excellent in every regard. We were a group of 5. Its a small space, decorated with beautiful art, the staff are very helpful and friendly and the food is divine. The portions are quite big so keep that in mind. Steak, lamb shank, fish were all delicious. The chocolate pot and lemon desert were also great. We did have to go for a long walk after dinner because none of us could resist the 3 courses. Chefs are so friendly and excellent at what they do especially in such a small kitchen. Will definitely return asap.

We used Menu Pages vouchers. The décor is basic, pretty and comfortable. Background music was amazing. Party of 2. One California roll which was nice and one vegetable tempura that was perfectly cooked and not greasy. Mains - Bento Box - very tasty and good variety. Pad Thai main had lots of succulent chicken and prawns. I found noodles a bit stodgy. Lovely green tea and fab espresso coffee. Definitely return - soon!

Gusto
26 Parkgate Street, Dublin 8, Parkgate Street, Dublin

Second time here. We were a party of 3 this time. 2 courses each and a bread and butter pudding to share. The service is excellent, the chef's wife is adorable. The food was lovely and quite filling. We all had home made pasta dishes. The soup was delicious too. The carafe of house red was very nice.

Cotto
46 Manor Street, Stoneybatter, Stoneybatter, Dublin

Myself and a friend visited Cotto recently. I'd been there before and found the service poor but wanted to give it another chance because I live locally. Again the Pizza was very nice, as was the red wine but the service was poor again. 'Too cool for school' springs to mind. A smile would go a long way... The brunch looks very tasty but reluctantly I doubt I'll be back. Personally I'd rather tooth picks than using fingers for the shared olive cups..
