Went here saturday night with hubby and 2 friends. Atmosphere is buzzing and service is really good, not overly attentive. Food took a little long to arrive but it was very busy. I had the garlic potatoes, salad and the lamb burger. I thought the burger was a bit overpowered by the mustard but overall meal was very tasty and would definitely go back.

Le Bon Crubeen
81-82 Talbot Street, Dublin 1, City Centre North, Dublin

My husband and I ate here with a menupages voucher. We thought the place was incredibly buzzy but would recommend sitting at 8ish as we got a table at 9pm and halfway through the meal our area was quite empty. Service was very good and friendly throughout however we had to ask for dessert menu after waiter went missing for quite a while. We really enjoyed our food. Our bill came to €80 for 1 starter, 2 mains, 1 dessert and 2 glasses of wine each. We would definitely return, really enjoyed it overall.

Thai Spice
3A Talbot Place, Dublin 1 , City Centre North, Dublin

Went here with my hubby 9pm sitting on a Friday night. Although not a fancy place, the service and food here are great. Also excellent value, we got the 2 person meal deal with is a starter, main and a bottle of wine for €42, brilliant value and very enjoyable and generous portions. The only thing that lets the place down slightly is the atmosphere, I think they just need to higher up the background music a bit. Would definitely go back.

Octopussy Seafood Tapas
7 West Pier, Dublin 13, Howth, Dublin

Love this place, 3rd time back but this time with hubby. Sat at a window seat overlooking the lashing rain and boats in the harbour, really cool setting. Service is friendly without being over-attentive. I had spicy prawns with garlic potatoes and hubby had seafood paella. We really enjoyed it all. Glasses of house red/white are €5 which is great value and generous measures. Will be back!

Food and service here are great, Just a bit disappointed with atmosphere as the place was quiet for a saturday night. Would still go back though!

Would highly recomment Salamanca, we had a table for 9pm Saturday night, place was buzzing. Service excellent and food really nice and good value. This place is packed so you're seated close to others but it's not a big issue and atmosphere is worth it. Will be back!!
