Oscars Cafe Bar Smithfield
Number 6, Smithfield Square, Smithfield, Dublin

Beautiful setting but the team was not very friendly at all apart from one waitress- food was just ok but the sighing waitress didn't help every time we asked for something- such a shame as prices are good and nice place.

Meeting House Square, Dublin 2 , City Centre, Temple Bar, Dublin

Lovely setting with the most gorgeous furniture I've ever seen! But the food stole the show- delightful bruschetta with a nicely spicy arrabiata which I had with chicken - so so good! €18 for a two course early bird with tea or coffee- super value and perfect location for after work dinner with the girls!

Papillon (Clontarf)
324 Clontarf Road, Clontarf, Dublin

Stunning location, but complete lack of atmosphere- really nice interior but no 'decor'- music was ill-fitted to the venue, needs a little jack Johnson or that kind of lazy chilled brunch music! Food was just ok and we were the first to arrive but waited nearly 40 mins for food- the service was ok- again everything was just ok- needs to up its game as nearby restaurants are far ahead!
