Absolutely great Full Irish Breakfast for a tenner. I'm not sure if it's available all day but this was at about 1pm on a Saturday.

Eddie Rockets (Swords)
Main StreetSwords, Swords, Dublin

Was in Eddie Rockets last night. There were two of us. We had two burgers, two chips and two large cokes which came to €20.50. Other reviews have said that Rockets is pricey. It is, but if you go for their combo meals (like we did) it's not bad. The burgers are better than alternative restaurants in the area and the servings were large. The service was friendly and attentive.

Masterson's Steakhouse & Wine Bar
17 Main Street, Swords, Dublin

Went here for lunch a month or so ago. On the board outside it had lunch offers Mon - Sat so we thought they were good value. When we went in we were handed evening menus and prices. When we asked for the lunch menus it seemed to be reluctantly handed over. The place wasn't busy but they seemed to want to put everybody close by. As it was lunchtime on a Saturday that meant sitting close to a long table of kids. We were three blokes so that didn't bother us. The food was very good, averaging about €10 each per head. The service was pretty poor with the bill just been dropped on our table as the waitress went past at speed. It was poor enough that we didn't leave a tip and I normally would. But the food was great and for a tenner I couldn't complain. If the service was similar with the evening prices I would be complaining.
