This is one of my favourite restaurants in Greystones. The food and service are always of such a high standard. We usually go for the early bird which I find really good value and the menu caters well for vegetarians. Staff are always very polite and attentive, I would recommend to anyone.

Really enjoyed both meals I have eaten in The Port House Dundrum. I had heard good things from friends but had never thought to try it until recently. I love with tapas that you get to try so many different dishes at once and I found the menu very reasonably priced. I especially like the patatas bravas with the mixed sauce on the side and the fried aubergine and goats cheese sandwich in breadcrumbs, but there are really so many tastey dishes to try from! My only criticism would be staff weren't always so attentive because they are so busy but were always very polite. The restaurant itself has a great rustic feel inside with exposed stonework and lovely candlelit lighting. I will definitely be returning soon.

Ashford House on the Weir Gastro Pub
Ashford House, Ashford, Wicklow

Ate in The Weir on Valentine's day. I hadn't actually heard of this restaurant before but came across a deal on menu pages-3 courses plus tea/coffee for 2 people for €35. And what drew me in was that it was valid on Valentine's day. Living in Greystones I thought it'd be a nice change to eating out there, Dundrum town centre or Dublin city. The menu online and in the restaurant appealed to me, and for starter I tried aubergine feta and cumin croquettes with basil aioli. The basil aoili was gorgeous but I didn't find much flavour in the croquettes themselves and the breadcrumbs weren't crispy enough for my liking. The staff were at all times polite and attentive and the modern decor with the open fire gave the building a lovely atmosphere, but yet I feel that the food does not translate from the menu onto the plate and I can't yet decide if I would eat there again. I've read from other reviews that the beef burger is really worth trying and a lady beside me ordered it, and it did look impressive so maybe I'll give it a second chance! My partner ordered the homemade onion rings as a side, which are served on top of the 'famous' burger and they were divine!

Royal Park Chinese Restaurant
Church Road, Greystones, Greystones, Wicklow

Last ate here on Christmas Eve,it has become a tradition of ours over the years. Always find staff very friendly and our family has built up a rapport with them over the years. Food is always good quality with an extensive menu to choose from. The restaurant itself has a warm atmosphere with modern decor. The only negative I find is that it is expensive to eat in A la carte, but it will always be a favourite of mine in Greystones.
