This restaurant is great! I'm starting to eat here more regularly because the food is delicious, the price is reasonable and the staff is friendly. A four course meal for two and a bottle of wine doesn't have to cost you a paycheck...and Maximilians is proof!

The staff is friendly most of the time and the service is very fast. They have a nice array of options for soups, sandwiches and salads. The prices are very reasonable with the 3e lunch menu that offers small soup or salad, bread and a piece of fruit. Would recommend for a small bite in the afternoon.

The Counter Suffolk Street
20 Suffolk Street, City Centre South, Dublin

The Counter is a fantastic restaurant for a relaxed evening and a delicious meal. Go early to ensure a table is available as it gets quite busy later in the evening. Try the chili cheese fries or the fried pickles and build your own burger with everything you love to eat!

777
7 Castle House, South Great Georges Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

I was really looking forward to my visit to 777 after reading reviews about it. The atmosphere was ok, but other than the cool art and design, it was just a glorified diner. The food was delicious, but seemed overpriced. For two burgers and two bloody mary's, the bill was over 50 euro. The service was slow as well. We sat with empty plates and glasses for almost 20 minutes without anyone stopping over to ask us if we needed anything. Finally had to walk up to them to ask for our check. Might be able to chalk that up to the restaurant being new...and it was worth one visit...but I don't know if I'll go back.

Yamamori Sushi, Tengu
38-39 Lower Ormond Quay, Dublin 1, City Centre North, Dublin

Yamamori is excellent. The atmosphere in the restaurant is great. The staff are always very helpful when customers have questions and the food has always been more delicious than expected. Some of the sushi is rather expensive, but considering it's all made to order with fresh ingredients, that's to be expected. Yamamori's bento boxes are a great value as well. A fast and easy lunch for someone on the go!
