We went there for our anniversary and found it excellent but very expensive. The food and service were 5 stars. Afterwards we were not allowed into the "Residents Bar" which spoilt an otherwise perfect night as we could see a number of celebrities there who were not residents. So would not return there on principle.

I brought some staff here for lunch and they all were very happy with the place. The decor was striking as we entered and the view of the gardens from our window table was excellent. Because of the name we expected Asian food only but this was not the case and there was a good mix of both cuisines. Also the staff were very friendly and professional. I will be back and will also try it for dinner.

The Peacock Restaurant @ Finnstown Country House
Newcastle Road, West Co. Dublin, Lucan, Dublin

We had been here several times before for family occasions like birthdays and anniversaries and always found it above average. Had not been there for a while and went there for a family birthday. The lounge had been redecorated and we felt it had lost a bit of the old atmosphere. The food was reasonably good but the night was a bit spoiled by a very rude waitress. Overall a little disappointed but still a lot better than other places around West Dublin.

Bad Ass Cafe
Crown Alley, Temple Bar, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

The decor is dated now but the food is pretty good but a bit on the expensive side. We stuck to the burgers and pizzas and left pretty full. Good quick service is always a bonus and here the staff were excellent.

ely bar & brasserie
CHQ Building, Georges Dock, Dublin 1, City Centre, IFSC, Dublin

We booked a party of 15 and while some of our guests arrived late there was no problem with the restaurant. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the food and the wines. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was amazing. Everyone in our group was very happy and we would have no hesitation in returning.
