I came here with my boyfriend, It was very quiet but it was a Sunday night. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We both had tomato soup to start with it was delicious big portion which even I finished and that is a rarity. For mains I had the Pork steak wrapped in bacon with peach stuffing oh my god it was melt in the mouth beautiful, my boyfriend had the steak which he said was the best he ever had. I didn't have room for dessert although I so wanted one but my boyfriend had the apple crumble and a mocha which he said both were great. The next time we're in Cork we are definitely going to go back to Zaks.TGI Friday (Dundrum) restaurant

The Quays Irish Restaurant
10-12 Temple Bar Square, Dublin 2, City Centre, Temple Bar, Dublin
I went to the restaurant on New Years Day with my boyfriend we just stumbled across it. The staff were so friendly and efficient even though it was really busy. We both had the chicken wings to start which were just beautiful. I had the cottage pie which was melt in the mouth I would have loved to finish it but it was just way too big a portion for me. The boyfriend had Stirloin steak which he said was melt in the mouth cooked exactly as he ordered. I would definately come back either with him or with my family so they can experience the wonderful atmosphere and food.

JD's Steakhouse
4 Rathfarnham Road, Dublin 6W, Terenure, Dublin
I came here with my mum for the early bird. it was fairly empty when we arrived only 3 tables full. I ordered the mushrooms to start and my mum order the brie, we had only ordered i'd say not even 10mins and the food was brought to the table. It was hot but tasteless. Our mains my mums steak and my pasta were tastles also but had the strongest Garlic taste sometimes which was very off putting. My mum also had the cheesy potatoes which she said also had no taste. The staff were lovely but the food needed more something taste would be a start, How can you make steak that tastes of nothing? Also their chairs could do with some cushions. I don't think we'll be hurrying back.
