As regular visitors we are always amazed what a good crowd Yamamori has even when times are hard. The restaurant is light and airy and there are plenty of friendly staff, Although the menu has a vast choice of noodles and other dishes as sushi fans we tend to stick to the mixed sushi platter which is always good and then try some of their Norimaki Specials to go with it.. Nice touches, the beer is servered in ice cold glasses and the staff all make an effort to say hello and acknowledge you. Words of warning dishes will come as they are ready so if you want something as a starter and not with the meal, make that clear when ordering and it will be fine.

After many times passing by we finally called in last night. The plan, just a starter and a glass of vino to see what itwas like. In the end we stayed for mains and coffee. It was very quiet the night we were there, hence the loss of stars for atmosphere. Food wise both starters and main were excellant. A real reminder of trips to Italy. More of a place for a local night out, or to stop in for a coffee and cake, or a pasta and glass of vino or beer. Highly recommend a visit.

Odessa
13 Dame Court, Dublin, City Centre South, Dublin

Odessa serves high quality food, beautifully cooked, at a great price. Add in the excellant friendly service and nice buzzy atmosphere its a great place to eat. Food wise everything was served in generous amounts and full of taste and texture. Special mention to their stunning Vietnamese chicken salad (if they would only bottle and sell the dressing). Main course of duck and pork were also excellent. Staff were very efficient and very friendly too (despite sunday been mega busy brunch) day. they still look and act like the enjoy working there. Would recommend dinner for anyone

F.X. BUCKLEY Steakhouse Crow Street
2 Crow Street, Dublin 2, City Centre, Temple Bar, Dublin

Fxb in temple bar on Wednesday 8th dec looked great with its tasteful christmas decorations, the staff as always were both efficient and friendly. The complimentary glass of mulled wine added the good feeling. The little touches make all the difference, home made bread, great chips and the cajun onion rings wonderful.. Steaks are excellent as you would expect and cooked prefectly. If there was any gripe its that the sauces that come on the side are not as good as the rest of the food. But that aside, the beer , wine are good and its highly recommended for a night out.
