I came here for lunch with my friends, the food was amazing, we had to ask for the eveining menu as we didnt want anything from the lunch one but they didnt have a problem with this. the service wasnt great as i had to stand up to ask for the menu after sitting at our table for about 10 minutes and no one coming over to us. apart from that the whole lunch was gorgeous

Il Corvo Restaurant
98-100 Upper Drumcondra Road, Dublin 9 , Drumcondra, Dublin

I came here for my friends birthday. We had our own cake with us for friend and the waiter was very accommodating in helping us surprise her. The cake was brought out with candles on it at dessert time and then it was cut up into portions for us which was nice. As for the meal I was a little disappointed as my pizza wasn't as hot as it should have been, clearly it had been left out waiting to be brought over due to a lack of staff. Another person who is a vegetarian ordered a vegetarian lasagna and was brought a meat one. And to top things off we were charged for the wrong bottle of wine. The manager did correct this error and changed the bill but after the stress of the meal I don't think I will return.

Yamamori Sushi, Tengu
38-39 Lower Ormond Quay, Dublin 1, City Centre North, Dublin

Very friendly atmosphere in this restaurant. The service is excellent and you get green tea unon arrival. Staff make sure you have everything you need and check in on how your meal is. The food comes out as it is ready and so you enjoy it at its best. There is no stand on ceremony first, main and last course ritual, it is relaxed and enjoyable. The food is delicious. It is not too expensive and you pay for good quality food.

Carluccio's Caffe
52 Dawson Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin

I came here with friends for lunch and we ordered the set menu lunch. The garlic bread with cheese was covered in salt and couldn't be eaten. My mushroom pasta was just pasta and mushrooms with no sauce, just a sort of water around them, it was very unappetizing and could not be finished. The other main courses were ok. My friend got ravioli which was covered in butter and very heavy. I get things from the deli quite often and the hot chocolate is to die for but I don't think I'll be heading here for lunch again anytime soon.

Salamanca
1 St Andrews Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

I came here for dinner with friends and we all loved the food and the Spanish music. It was a great night out. The house wine wasn't great. The service was not as good as it is when it's less busy. The price of the tapas is a little more expensive than other tapas places but the quality of the food is excellent and the portions are larger

Il Vignardo
Beresford Hotel, 21 Store Street, City Centre North, IFSC, Dublin

I was here recently at a party and it was very enjoyable. the food was lovely and the service was excellent as there were fifteen of us. the only fault was the limited choice of desserts.

The Italian Connection
95 Talbot Street, City Centre North, Dublin

Every time I visit The Italian Connection I have a great meal, with excellent service and wonderful value for money. The pasta dishes are always pleasing and the pizzas are fantastic. the wine list is a little limited and there aren't many desserts but this is made up for by the amazing starters and mains. I would always choose The Italian Restaurant

Cafe en Seine

The food was nice, service was very slow, took a long time to get any waitress's attention, then the food took ages to come out. when it did it was quite enjoyable and not too expensive

Jimmy Chungs
Eden Quay, City Centre North, Dublin

food was excellent. had to wait about 15 minutes for a table. we then had to move to a bigger table to accommodate an extra person in our party, this was a bit messy and should have been done before we started to eat rather than in the middle. we informed them that another person would be joining us so they should have given us the bigger table in the first instance. The waiter taking our drinks order ever came back to ask if we wanted anything else, we had to call over a waitress to order more drinks. the food was lovely, they kept the buffet replenished and hot
