Rococo Restaurant @ Knightsbrook
Knightsbrook Hotel Spa & Golf Resort, Dublin Road, Trim, Meath

Very impressed with the dinner we got here on a hotel package. For starter I had the herb salad with sundried tomatoes it was delicious and my boyfriend had the gourmet sausage and I tasted those aswell they were lovely. For mains I had chicken leg on a bed of veg it was a tiny bit greasy but nice and my boyfriend had steak medium and it was cooked perfectly.

Had lunch here during a stay at the hotel was not very impressed.Had a chicken sandwich that was lovely but I got a side order of chips that looked delicious but were raw!! Sent them back straight away.Did not want a portion replaced so just had the sandwich.

Franzini's
Frenchs Lane, Trim, Meath

Had dinner here while away for a few days in Trim. For starter I had nachos which were nice home made tortillas the only problem I had was about an inch of cheese on the chilli beef.Heart attack!Boyfirend had the caeser salad which he loved.Mains I had a pizza with ham and mushroom but again it was overloaded with cheese with very little ham&mushroom.Boyfriend had the chicken burger which was huge and took him ages to eat but got there in the end!A nice meal overall at a nice price.

Katie Daly's
78 Main Street, Gorey, Wexford

Had dinner here we had a voucher that we wanted to use.I had the caeser salad for starter it was a huge portion bit salty and my boyfriend had the chicken strips which he enjoyed. We both had steak for mains which was ok a bit gristly and chewy.

The Alamo Restaurant@ The Riverside Park Hotel
The Promenade, Enniscorthy, Wexford

Went on Saturday night when we arrived we were seated at an extremely dark corner of the resturant Service was very quick I had nachos followed by chicken fajitas.Nachos were gorgeous huge portion but too much for a starter.Fajitas were nice enough very tender but have to agree with the other review here it was very greasy. My partner had mushrooms for starter and burger for main course and he loved them. Meal came to 40 euro which I thought was reasonable especially for the size of the portions we couldnt finish them! Would be back but maybe not order the fajitas.

American Style Diner
The Square, Bunclody, Bunclody, Wexford

Food left a lot to be desired but the place itself is dreadful.Filthy dirty and could do with a serious revamp.Stopped off on my way home from visiting in wexford hospital but really should have waited til I got home.

M & J Restaurant (Wexford)
63 South Street, New Ross, New Ross, Wexford

Food is fine just a greasy spoon really but location is good and if you want something quick for lunch this is the place.

Sha-Roe Bistro
Main Street, Clonegal, Carlow

Went here for a girls night out & as a big treat for us all! We were given the 'chefs table' which is an alcove beside the kitchen so you were away from the rest of the diners which was great for us as we were quite loud! Had the steak which was amazing and eton mess washed down by a gorgeous pinot grigo that came recommended. Was surprised by the price as I was expecting it to be far more expensive than it actually was. Would definately be returning.Word of advice though book well in advance as they book out quickly.

Excellent food would highly recommend the chicken jalfrezi!! The place was very busy with takeaway orders which i took as a good sign, will definately be returning.
