I have eaten take-out from here a couple of times and each time it's been really good. It's great value for money & the staff are really pleasant. I've been in to collect my order & it seems that it can be very quiet for eating in. I would definitely recommend this place. The Counter Dundrum restaurant

I've been to this restaurant twice now & both times I've been amazed by how terrible the service is! The waiting time for food is far too long. It all seems really disorganised. Tables sit unused with dirty dishes for long periods. Having said that the food is good & the onion strips are fantastic! We will visit this restaurant again for the food, but I'll have to prepare myself not to be annoyed by the service before I go!

The Restaurant @ Marks and Spencer
Marks and Spencer, Grafton Street, City Centre South, Dublin
We visited this restaurant on impulse on a Friday evening at around 7.30pm. We were seated straight away & first impressions were good. Really airy & modern design. We selected from the special dinner menu. When we were asked to order absolutely everything my partner choose was unavailable. In fact there was only one main course from the dinner menu left. Terrible considering they were open for another 2.5 hours! Surely a city centre restaurant should be well stocked for peak eating out hours?! We should have been told on sitting down what was no longer available, to prevent disappointment. In truth, we would have left and gone back another day. The icing on the cake was when we tried to order some bread - none left! When the food arrived it was nicely plated, though the portions were a little on the small side. We found the food to be substandard. Had I bought the ingredients downstairs & taken them home I would have done a nicer job of preparing the meal myself. Will never visit this restaurant again. For the same money there are several restaurants within 5 mins of this spot that would offer a much better dining experience!
