My partner & I went here on Friday & really enjoyed it. All the food was amazing, the service was very professional but also friendly, great value for money and a nice relaxed atmosphere. I also liked how the owner seems to have a hands on approach to his business and was friendly to his customers without being intrusive. Highly recommend this restaurant. Very glad I spotted the deal on this site last week as I will definitely be visiting again.

We went for dinner here on Saturday and loved it. We all decided to get a main & a dessert. At a glance the menu is quite expensive but that was to be expected with the restaurant's reputation. The waiter that served us was nice, professional & good at his job. He went through the specials and took time to recommend his preferred dishes. We were waiting at max 15-20 minutes which was quite good for the variety of mains courses the 6 of us ordered. I went for the steak served with prawns and it was amazing, at first I thought cooking your own steak would be a bit of hassle but it really adds to the experience of the restaurant. I would eat steak quite regularly and this was up there with the best. My girlfriend also got steak with mushrooms which isn't something she would normally go for and she loved it. The rest of our party were very happy with the mains they ordered and the service they received. As for deserts 3 of us got the chocolate soup which was amazing! Definitely would recommend it. Overall I loved this restaurant and there is already talk of our next visit.

The Step Inn Lounge Restaurant
Enniskerry Road, Stepaside Village, Stepaside, Stepaside, Dublin

My partner & I have been here a few times and we've nearly always enjoyed the food. We went here again on Saturday as we live locally and it didn't disappoint. It's great value and everything is generally consistent. I would highly recommend the Chicken Wings to start & their Thai green curry as a main. For lighter meals their Ceasar Salad is excellent. The staff are all lovely and there is a decent atmosphere.

O'Connells Restaurant Donnybrook
135 Morehampton Road, Donnybrook, D04 HX46, Donnybrook, Dublin

My family and I dined here this evening for the first time. We had heard great reviews about the friendly service and warm atmosphere. We had also heard that the menu is suitable for coeliacs and had a range of options to choose from for my sister. When we first arrived we were welcomed in by a team of friendly staff who showed us to our table. The ambiance was inviting and cosy, idea for families who would like to have a quality but relaxed dining experience. The menu was in some ways limited, however after tasting a range of dishes that we collectively ordered I was greatly impressed by the overall quality of the food. I decided to go for a smoked salmon starter, followed by the fillet steak and chips for my main. My fellow dinners chose the duck along with fish and vegetarian dishes which were simple but extremely tasty. There was a beautiful serving of potato gratin which was left at the table to accompany all of our dishes and this was absolutely divine! My steak was cooked to perfection and I was extremely happy with it. For dessert, I decided to go for the tasting menu including chocolate pudding and rasberry panacotta. I would have preferred if the pudding was more moist in the middle but the panacotta was delicious. It would have been better if there was more choice on the dessert menu as chocolate lovers are limited to only one option. Overall O'Connells was a brilliant dinning experience with excellent service and a relaxed family atomsphere. I would definately reccomend it for family meal. We all had a fantastic time and everyone was really happy with their food.

Siam Thai (Dundrum)
Dundrum Town Centre, South Dublin, Dundrum, Dublin

This is our regular haunt and we absolutely love it. Great value, great food with a really nice atmosphere. We went again last night and enjoyed it as usual. The Tom Yum soup comes highly recommended out of all the starters but if you're not mad about Soup the Duck spring rolls are also amazing. Their Phad Thai is what I regularly get but last night I opted for the Sea Bass stir fry with Chili Oil & it's now my favorite dish they have there. Unreal!

Yamamori Noodles
71-72 South Great Georges Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

My partner & I went on Saturday and we really enjoyed it. The Rainbow Sushi comes highly recommended even if it's a struggle finishing it after also getting another side dish :-D . All the staff that served us were very friendly however I did feel they did rush us a bit.
