I must say everytime I am in Dundrum I have to visit this cafe. The scones and coffee are excellent! If my husband is with me (and he is a very fussy eater) he will not go anywhere else and highly recommends their chicken thai curry. The service is usually 100% only on one occassion they did not bring my coffee after lunch however they took off the service charge of 10% as an apology. This in itself is service. It is a little pricey but you will always enjoy the food so you are willing to pay that little extra.

Its a cafe with nice food and what I like is they cater for the gluten free diet. Their scones are freshly made, however a little sparse with the jam and cream. When I am in Wexford I always enjoy a cappucino and scone in this cafe and the staff are always friendly. Most of the time its a busy little spot. They do a nice selection of pannini's and wraps at lunch time too. They open early which is always good if you are in town before 9am.

Greenacres Restaurant
Selskar, Wexford, Wexford Town, Wexford

We had lunch recently which was a pleasant experience especially on a saturday afternoon when everywhere is quiet busy. The staff showed us to our seats and pointed out the specials. They gave us appropriate time to look at the menu. I had the cesar salad and my husband had the mussels and fries. Odd combination but he was in heaven. The food was excellent including the amount and quality. The only thing I would say its not as child friendly as I would have liked. We had a 5 yr old with us who was diabetic and unfortunately there were no suitable child drinks even fruit shoots or something like that. So we had to settle for water.
