Fantastic evening .From the welcome as we entered to the time we left really it was perfection.L'Ecrivain Restaurant has style and customer service down to a tee. Their Sommelier was voted Best Sommelier so naturally she is a credit to the place, she also has a lovely chatty informative nature .The food surpassed our expectations, really can't say enough re this great restaurant .Worth every penny .
Merrys Gastro Pub & Restaurant
Main Street Lower, Dungarvan, Waterford
What a gorgeous place this is .A Gastro Pub that ticks all the boxes . The food is fantastic ,chicken wings ,lamb chops, meringue desserts to mention just a few hit all the high notes : heavenly . The real key here though is the owner and staff ,lovely welcome and banter -great knowledge on wine & food across the board. The live music ,board games ,fresh flowers and décor are the touches that set it apart. Love this place ,wish Ireland even Dublin had more like it .
The Tannery Restaurant
Quay Street, Dungarvan, Waterford
I cannot praise this restaurant enough .The food was amazing ,(monkfish to die for-presentation and taste of all dishes 5*) ,wine and service impeccable. It has the grace of any Michelin Fine Food restaurant but the heart of a family run one . Well worth the trip to Dungarvan. Amazing all in all.
Market Street, Clifden, Galway
Really enjoyed our meal here on Saturday night .It has all the combinations ,great food-decor-atmosphere. It essentially has Dublin prices ,charm of the West yet a colourful well heeled clientele .The wine menu is excellent and if you are a lover of great food ,look no further.Wish I was back in Cliften .
Wrights Anglers Rest
Strawberry Beds, West Dublin, Dublin 20, Chapelizod, Dublin
I hadn't been here for two or three years so was pleasantly surprised by the new fresh décor . We had the cod which was one of the specials ,excellent dill sauce and vegetables and the steak and chips on next table looked good. When we arrived we were not greeted with the best of greetings but that improved as the service went on.Great wine list ,two musicians playing whilst we ate ,all in all made a great atmosphere .Nice experience so we will be returning .Improve the customer service and you have a gem .
