Went for the value menu €25 . 3 courses Plenty of choice on the menu.. Service was both friendly and fast. Starter portion was small but very tasty (chicken satay skewers) Dinner (bang bang chicken) large portion, very tasty but could have being a bit hotter, vegetables were perfectly cooked, a bite in them,, not soft and tasteless like some places. Dessert portions are tiny €3 each so u could get 2 if you were really hungry, but I was so full from the starter and main I didn't even finish dessert. Well worth a visit.

Went here for lunch with my friend. The food was delicious. The service was good until we were brought meat spring rolls instead of vegetable ones. My friend is vegetarian. The waiter was not very understanding as to why we were sending the starters back. It was a little pricey for lunch. We had 1 starter between us and 2 main courses and water. It cost us €40. The food was delicious so was not too annoyed at the price and portions were generous.

I've eaten here a few times in groups and the price and service is unbeatable. The starter's are nice. It is the main courses that make this restaurant stand out from the rest. It is fresh, piping hot and always delicious. I am not a fan of the desserts but then again I do not really like desserts in restaurant's anyway. All in all this place is well worth a visit.

Chung's Cuisine Restaurant
Unit 7B Castletroy commercial centre, Castletroy, Limerick

I have only ever had take away from Chung's. Limerick has an abundant supply of Chinese restaurant's and takeaways. Chung's is up there with the best of them. The crispy chilli chicken is both spicy and sweet neither flavour is prevalent, they compliment each other beautifully, so too with the mango chicken. If you think it would be very sweet and artifical tasting you are wrong. Fresh mango is used in the making of this dish and there are also many cubes of mango included. Delicious food and very friendly staff. Not the cheapest Chinese restaurant in Limerick but you never mind paying money for good food. I never mind paying money for the food in Chung's.

Copper & Spice (Limerick City)
2 Cornmarket Row, Limerick, Limerick City, Limerick

I have only good things to say about the meal I had here with 3 other friends before Christmas. The coconut naan bread was amazing, we chose to order from one of the set menus. The starter allowed you to choose either one full starter or you could mix and match and pick three starters. (smaller portions). The choices varied from Indian, Thai and Chinese food. The main course again was very tasty and there was an abundance of food. The rice and the dish both come in traditional beaten, silver bowls and the plates are warm to allow the meal to remain hot. The desserts were also very good, a selection of sorbets, home made ice creams, apple tart, warm chocolate fudge cake and a raspberry mascarpone cheese cake(not recommended). As a part of the deal a bottle of wine was included, The white wines on the menu were light and fruity. It was busy and loud that night in the restaurant and there seemed to be minimal staff on. Although the staff were busy we never felt rushed and were very professional and pleasant.

I went here for a Christmas evening with my work colleagues. There were 9 of us in total. It was late when we got there, around 9pm. We were seated in a quiet corner, even though the restaurant was packed the noise level was very tolerable. The service from the staff was warm, friendly, fast and professional. We had a set menu for around €35 excluding wine. The food was delicious and piping hot at time of serving. Prior to the starter we each were given a square of brown bread with salmon and lemon and the between starter and main course were given a light, refreshing, lemon sorbet. It was well after midnight by the time we left. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a meal.
