Marios (Terenure) restaurant
103 Terenure Road East, Dublin 6, Terenure, Dublin, Area Code: Dublin 6
Reviewed 27th June 2010 ( visited 17th June 2010 )Have been to Marios a few times and have never been disappointed. The service is great and the food is lovely and at a great price. I had the prawns for starters which was delish, then I had the burger followed by the sticky toffee pudding. It was really good. Overall, great value and great food. I would recommend this place.
The Church Cafe Bar & Restaurant
Junction of Mary St. & Jervis St., Dublin 1, City Centre North, Dublin, Area Code: Dublin 1
Reviewed 13th December 2008 ( visited 10th October 2008 )Ate here a few times but more recently with friend from the US, they loved the look of the old Church and I would have to agree it is a beautiful building. I have a various meals here. The last time I had the battered fish. It is really good and not greasy. Their panni's are a little on the dry side so they would want to work on them. I would recommend this restaurant.

6 Merrion Row, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin
Very disappointed with this place. Had heard great things about it. The seat we were sitting was in front of the kitchen entrance, 5 times out of 10 when anyway walked by me they kept banging into my chair which was very annoying. The wine list was great and the bottle we choose was lovely. The food was a big let down. I got the Queen Scallops, Montbelliard Sausage for starters, it was very greasy and a but sickening. For the main I got the sea bass, it was nice but not anything to rave about. I was so disappointed with the food here we didn't even bother with a dessert. Overall the service was good but this place was too expensive for what you get and I won't be going back and I do not recommend it either.
Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK Swords)
Pavillion Shopping Centre, Malahide Road, Swords, Dublin
I had heard about Gourmet Burger from my friends and eventually got around to eating here. It was a quiet evening when we went there so the service was very fast and the staff were plesent. I got a burger and picked what I wanted on it. It was so good. A really nice burger yum yum. A little on the pricey side for a burger but I will be going back there for sure.

Pizzas are nice, good value. We were a group of 8 and we all had pizzas and desserts. Service was good also.
Milano (Grand Canal Harbour)
Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin
This is the best place for pizzas have been here a few times but more recently with a few of my friends. They have spacious tables where you aren't sitting too close to people. The food was great as were the desserts. I would recommend you try this Milanos out.
Avoca Cafe (Suffolk Street)
Avoca, 11 Suffolk Street, City Centre South, Dublin
This food in Avoca is so good. I had lunch in there this week and it hasn't been the first time and it won't be the last. I would highly recommend Avoca Cafe.
La Cuvee @ Eno Wine Bar
1 Burton Hall, Mayor Square, IFSC, City Centre North, Dublin
25 of us went here for our Christmas party. Normally with such a large crowd most restaurants would not be able to cope and there would be some complaints. Eno Restaurant were able to manage no problem to them. I had the smoke salmon for starters and it was so good, I then had the steak which was done to perfection and it just melted in my mouth, (nicest steak I have tasted in Dublin). The wine was lovely also. I would highly recommend this place and I can not believe people have never heard of this place. I will be going back here again.

172 Templeogue Road, Dublin 6w, Templeogue, Dublin
There were 12 of us in our group who ate here. Most of the meals were lovely but some weren't that great. I do think it is a little over priced for the area.
Mao Restaurant (Dundrum)
Dundrum Town Centre, Dublin 14, Dundrum, Dublin
I have eaten here a few time for lunch and have never been disappointed. The food is great and the service is good.
Town Bar and Grill
21 Kildare Street, City Centre South, Dublin
I have been here a few times. The first time I went here the food wasn't great. We were a group of 12 and had the set menu. For the main course I had the steak which was over cooked and fatty, the same applied everyone else who ordered the steaks. The second time I went here I ordered the steak and I have to say it is the nicest steak that I have tasted in Ireland. It was perfect in taste and texture. I have to say it was a very enjoyable experience this time around.
15 Stephen Lane, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin
The food in here is excellent. The lunch time menu is great value. The dinner menu is a little on the pricey side but the food is great. You must try the sticky toffee pudding, it is the best you will ever taste. As I have eat here many times the food will never disappoint you but the service may.
The Terenure Inn
96 Terenure Road North, Terenure, Dublin
I have eaten here a few times as a couple and with friends and I have been disappointed every time. The steaks are fatty, their garlic bread is not worth ordering as it comes cold or soggy, The service is good and they are friendly but they really need to have a look at the food they are serving.
94 Terenure Road East, Dublin 6, Dublin 6w, Terenure, Dublin
Myself and my partner went here on Saturday night. I found the food bland, I had the curry and my partner had the duck which he found very dry. We had the scallop and prawn starter and it lacked taste. The Restaurant lacks atmosphere, well it did that night anyway. It is pricey for where it is located you would expect that in the City. Overall. Dishes not worth their price. Won't be rushing back there.
