While this is a nice cafe with good food, the service is quite slow and always has been. The food is very good for a coffee shop and I like to treat myself to their pasta dishes once in a while. It's a clean place and the only problem I have is with the speed of service.

Vine Restaurant
109 North Main Street, Wexford Town, Wexford

While the food was pleasant it wasn't exceptional, and having gone with the pricier menu, we expected a higher standard of food than what we received. The restaurant has a good atmosphere but it was a little bit chilly. The service was good and quite friendly. I would go again, as you can't judge a restaurant properly based on one visit.

Centenary Stores
Charlotte Street, Wexford Town, Wexford

I always find lunch at the centenary stores quite satisfying. They give good portions and the service is always friendly. The bar is a little small for a restuarant but the intimacy improves the athmosphere. All in all a good spot for a bite to eat.

Oliver St John Gogartys
57/58 Fleet Street, Temple Bar, Dublin

I was here with a friend for lunch and I had the vegetarian lasagne. It wasn't great to be honest and I was very disappointed because I'd heard great things about this place. The service was fantastic and the athmosphere was buzzing. Overall it was an unsatisfactory experience but I would be willing to give it another go.

Da Vincenzo
133 Upper Leeson Street, Ballsbridge, Dublin

I have eaten here many times and always enjoyed my evening. The open fire is great and allows one to warm up on a cold winters night. For starters I usually have the suppli which are delilicous. For mains, the spinach and ricotta canneloni is my favorite although I quite like the spaghetti quattro formaggi. Unfortunately the tiramisu is the only homemade dessert but it is divine. The service is fantastic and the maitre di is always very welcoming. Overall this place is great but one draw back is sometimes it can be very noisy.

Mao Restaurant (Dundrum)
Dundrum Town Centre, Dublin 14, Dundrum, Dublin

i had the mango chili duck and it was absolutely gorgeous. my auntie had the coconut chicken but she found it quite heavy and couldn't finish her portion. it was quite tasty. the service was quick and efficient and the evening was pleasant. Mao is always busy and now i can see why.

Royal Park Chinese Restaurant
Church Road, Greystones, Greystones, Wicklow

the food was gorgeous, the service was very quick, the decor was elegant but it was a little pricey but i would go back.

Eddie Rockets (Donnybrook)
Main Street, Dublin 4, Donnybrook, Dublin

Went here with my mammy and had the chicken filllet. My mam had the classic beef burger. we had a portion of fries between us. It was dead when we were eating. i loved the food but my mam hated it. the service was quite good. eddie rockets is never good value for money but good for a treat.

YO Sushi (Dundrum)
Level 1, Unit 26A, Dundrum Town Centre, Dublin 14, Dundrum, Dublin

I have fallen in love with sushi. the service is great, the atmosphere is fun, don't get me started on the food! Just delicious! It is a little pricey but I like their system. Overall a great place for a bite to eat.

Eddie Rockets (South Annes Street)
7 South Annes Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Although I agree that eddie rockets is overpriced, I would not agree with bland or crap, although as I am not a big beef eater I might be missing something. The service was fine, the food was fine, the atmosphere was good. I love eddie rockets for a treat but I'd never go on an ordinary night out.

Jewel in the Crown (Dun Laoghaire)
54 Upper George's Street, South Co. Dublin, Dun Laoghaire, Dublin

Had a take away from here last night and it really was the best indian I've ever had. We had one mixed starter between us and that was really delicious. Himself had the chicken korma and I had the tandoori garlic chilli chicken which is really hot. We had a peshwari naan to finish off. We both thouroughly enjoyed it. We'll be back!

Jimmy Chungs
Eden Quay, City Centre North, Dublin

the food is lovely if a little bit cold. the service is good and i loved the ice cream machine. i'd go there again but i would like to see more vegetable dishes

Bits and Pizzas
15 Patrick Street, Dun Laoghaire, Dun Laoghaire, Dublin

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, very relaxed and friendly. the food was made exactly to order and was piping hot. They do have some unusual pizza toppings such as pine nuts and walnuts. their desserts are all home made and i had the chocolate sundae whch was so big i couldn't finish it! Well worth a try. The service was excellent, some of the best i've seen. The waiter even enquired about the menupoints website! It was very good value for money for such a pleasant evening. Would definitely recommend it and will hopefully be going again soon.

Monsoon (Stillorgan)
4-5 The Hill, Stillorgan, Stillorgan, Dublin

i had a takeaway here with my sister last night. we got the onion bhaji, chicken biryani and pehwari naan. it was delicious and i will be definitely be coming back for more.

Shakira Indian Cuisine
47 Lower Georges Street, South Dublin, Dun Laoghaire, Dublin

i got a take away with my boyfriend last thursday. we had onion bhajis, chicken korma with rice, peswari naan bread and a mango dessert. everything was lovely except the korma sauce. that tasted like chicken soup and looked like it had been blended. the chicken was cooked really well and was very tender. i didn't eat it but my boyfriend loved it.

Bad Ass Cafe
Crown Alley, Temple Bar, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

i went here on my own after a long day studying. they were in the middle of changing menus and i wasn't able to have what i had intended on having after looking at the menu on menupages. the food was lovely although i was slightly dissapointed by the buffalo chicken and i was also let down by the service, having said that it was good value for money and i would definetly go back.

Drinagh Hotel & Farmers Kitchen
Drinagh, Wexford, Drinagh, Wexford

i disagree with the comment. though the restaurant is overpriced, you have to allow for the fact that it was mothers day, one of thre busiest days of the year. 99 out of 100 dishes will be perfect, but there will always be one that isn't. i love the food here, and i love the new renovations.

Koh Samui
16 mallin street, cornmarket, Wexford Town, Wexford

profile_review

Fallon and Byrne
11-17 Exchequer Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

i really like the food here but i have only been to the cafe part at lunch time. everything seems really fresh and i love their fish cakes. i like simple unmessed with food and that really appealed to me. i would love to try the main restaurant.

profile_review

O'Dwyers
118 Kilmacud Road Lower, Stillorgan, Dublin

i had breakfast here and i have to say it was exactly what i was looking for. 2 eggs 2 bacon 2 sausages a tomato black and white pudding and beans with tea and toast all for 8.50 how could you go wrong with value like that.

profile_review

Miami Cafe
55 Georges Street Lower, Dun Laoghaire, Dublin

i found this place with my boyfriend. he doesn't like fussy food so we usually go to a chipper. it is a chipper, but the food was really nice and not at all expensive. the staff are really friendly and efficient.

profile_review

Captain America's Cookhouse And Bar
44 Grafton Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

the staff here are really friendly. i also get three euro cocktails as i am a student. the food was a bit so so but that might have been because i was trying to avoid cheese, wheat, soya and egg.

profile_review

The Leopardstown Inn
Brewery Road, Stillorgan, Dublin

i had the roast chicken here. it was a little dry. i think the food had been under a hotplate too long. the pportions are massive and th sevice is great, the staff are very friendly and helpful. i would definetly go back.

profile_review

Eddie Rockets (Stillorgan)
Stillorgan Shopping Centre, Stillorgan, Stillorgan, Dublin

i love eddie rockets. i had a chicken fillet burger with extra bacon and an oreo shake and i was in heaven. i also really recommend trying their desserts.

Poppies (Enniskerry)
The Square, Enniskerry, Enniskerry, Wicklow

found this place when on a romantic morning. breakfast was fine but we went back another day and got lunch. it was disgusting.

profile_review

TGI Friday (Dundrum)
Dundrum Town Centre, Dublin 14, Dundrum, Dublin

i like tgis in dundrum, but i have nothing to compare it to in terms of tgi friday outlets. i absolutely love the cocktails. i had the bacardi mojito the first time i was there. it was worth the price but the food not so much. Went to dundrum to meet up with my auntie. I had the boneless chicken wings, which were dissapointing. I had the barbeque ribs which were deliciously messy and an orange sherbet, which I would recommend. The service was slow but the waitress was under pressure. It was expensive but I think I would go again.

profile_review

Pizza Hut (Dundrum)
Unit CSA, 2M Dundrum Town Centre, South Dublin, Dundrum, Dublin

a little bit "same old same old". the meat was very greasy, but the service was some of the best i've seen.

profile_review

Sue's Diner
Oylegate, Wexford Town, Wexford

not a great selection, and average chipper grub.

profile_review

Rendezvous
The Mall, South Main Street, Wexford, Wexford Town, Wexford

this was/is the best cafe in town in terms of service and value, but i thought it had closed down when tesco moved?

profile_review

The Chocolate Bar
Common Quay street, Wexford Town, Wexford Town, Wexford

the food is really nice but not always hot and a little pricey.

profile_review

profile_review

Cappuccinos Restaurant

i love the hot drinks here especially the hot chocolate mallow. but come on! does it really take twenty minutes to make one??

profile_review

Robertino's Restaurant
19 Main Street South, Wexford, Wexford Town, Wexford

i find the lunchtime service quite slow, but the food is delicious, i would definetly recommend the pizza, and don't miss out on the desserts.

profile_review

Westgate Design Restaurant
22a North Main Street, Wexford Town, Wexford

it is nearly self service as the hot food is brought down by a server but as the restaurant is quite badly laid out you have to attract the servers attention if you want your food while it's still hot. upmarket deli style, good for lunch.

profile_review

Fusciardi Restaurant
Unit 4 Redmond Square, Wexford Town, Wexford

the chicken fillet burger is quite filling on it's own. it is a chipper in fairness and if you go in expecting anything else you will be disappointed. i found the service quite good.
