The tapas on offer here are the best I've ever tasted outside Spain. A little on the expensive side but definitely worth it. The service is great too. The staff really care but don't hassle you too much. If I could change anything, I'd like more separation between tables. There's definitely a lack of privacy. That said, this is the best restaurant I've been to in Dublin for a long time.

Eastern Balti House
31-32 Market Street, Monaghan Town, Monaghan

Fantastic food! Lovely staff. Lovely clean and bright restaurant. A little more expensive than your regular Indian but they have lots of staff and quick service. Well worth the extra few quid for quality food.

Mitsuba Japanese Restaurant
154 Parnell Street, City Centre North, Dublin

If you think this is authentic Japanese food then you need your head examined. Sushi was average at best and included seafood stick sushi (?? ask any Japanese or asian person if they've ever heard of this). The soba noodles were not in fact soba noodles. This is pretty common in Irish Japanese restaurants. I guess they think Irish people won't know the difference. Also it seems most of the staff are from Mauritius or somewhere like that. So sorry, nothing special in my opinion.
