Octopussy Seafood Tapas restaurant
7 West Pier, Dublin 13, Howth, Dublin, Area Code:
Reviewed 08th August 2013 ( visited 20th July 2013 )Without a doubt the best restaurant in Howth if not Dublin. Food is flawless and the service is excellent despite the fact that they are always out the door. Great value for money. Couldn't speak highly enough of it!
The Hot Stove restaurant
38 Parnell Square West, Dublin 1 , City Centre North, Dublin, Area Code: Dublin 1
Reviewed 08th August 2013 ( visited 06th June 2013 )The food was nice but overpriced. Not worth the cost!
Fumbally Lane, Dublin 8, City Centre South, Dublin
This place is so trendy you want the food to be awful so you can complain about it. Unfortunately they don't give you much ammunition because the food is really amazing. One of the best pulled pork sandwiches I've ever had and the chocolate cake is to die for. The only reason I docked one point for food was because they "don't serve low fat milk" in coffee, only organic full fat. I get that they are being trendy but its a bit much.
Independent Pizza Co
28 Drumcondra Rd Lower, Dublin 9, Drumcondra, Dublin
Great pizza, nice friendly atmosphere. Maybe slightly overpriced but probably worth it overall. The Chinese Duck pizza is particularly good!
The Market Bar
Fade Street, City Centre South, Dublin
You can't really go wrong with market bar. Perfect for post work drinks. A bit lacking in atmosphere because there's no music but the noise of chatter makes up for it! Service sometimes isn't great if they're busy. The two tapas with a glass of wine for 14 euro is great value!
Bleecker Street Cafe Bar
68 Upper Dorset St, City Centre North, Dublin
Love this place! A bit like Cheers - you feel like everybody knows your name! Great burgers and really good value for money. It's very easy to end up starting at 6pm in Bleecker and not leaving till very late - be careful!
1A Carlingford Road, Drumcondra, Drumcondra, Dublin
Great breakfast spot! The crepes are always amazing and good value for money.

Fade Street Social - The GastroBar
4-6 Fade Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin
The tapas were hit and miss and VERY overpriced. Had dinner for two with one bottle of wine and the bill came to about 130 euro. I found the food quite pretentious.
