Was there with a group of 6. Have been there many times and have always enjoyed my meal but sadly on this occasion standards had slipped. 3 of us ordered Cha-Han,I ordered as i have always enjoyed it before. It was oily, stodgy and just wet and was almost like Risotto. Bore no resemblance to the way i've had it many times before. The other people who ordered it were equally disappointed. Starter, main, wine & Dessert came to about €50 for a disappointing meal. Wont be returning.

Amicus
Paul Street, Cork City, Cork

My partner and I went there for an evening meal. Despite having a booking for 8pm we were nearly 15 mins late being seated and were asked on 3 separate occasions by staff why we were sitting there waiting. After this rocky start things went uphill when we got our food. I got the Penne with Prawns which was superb to say the least and my partners dish was equally delicious. Staff were friendly and attentive. The place was full and quite buzzy so there was a good atmosphere to boot. Our departure was a bit underwhelming,I called out Thanks and goodnight and got a grunt back from the front of house guy. Excellent food and good value but they need to work on their greetings and their farewells.

Nyonya Malaysian Restaurant
76 Dame Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Went last Friday as part of the Menupages offer. We were the first ones there and at first it seemed a bit bleak and the restaraunt was freezing. After about 30 mins it was nearly completely full with lots of natives which is always a good sign. Food was good, presentation not the best but was tasty. Staff very friendly, overall it was good and extremely good value. Would go again.

Dakshin
22 Donnybrook Road, Dublin 4, Donnybrook, Dublin

This was my second time in Dakshin. The restaraunt was busier than my first time there, quite busy even for a tuesday night. Staff were friendly on arrival and we were given a nice table by the window. We shared a mixed platter between 3 people and were treated to the nicest, softest prawns to ever pass my lips! I had the Biryani which was possibly the best of my life, very generous portion, spiced to perfection and served with a delicious sauce. We were given a complimentary drink after our meal which was thoughtful...In conclusion great food, great service and great surroundings. Will defo be back.

Bistro Spice
101 Monkstown Road, South Co. Dublin, Monkstown, Dublin

This is definitely a hidden gem. While it may be quiet and maybe not great in the atmosphere department, the food is top-notch and the service even better, very friendly attentive staff. The portions are more than generous and there is more than enough to choose from including a very extensive starters menu. Always enjoy my meal in Bistro Spice, would reccoment it to anyone.
