I bought 7 vouchers for tapas and wine for two, 13 of us went. We had one veggie in our party and asked for an alternative. When the bill came they had charged an extra €20 for the veggie dish which was noodles and veg in a bowl. Ended up spending 15 minutes arguing with the waitress about this, we had paid for 14 people and only 13 ate and we were being charged 20 for a veggie alternative. They eventually took €8 off this, still had to pay €12. Not impressed .

Nyonya Malaysian Restaurant
76 Dame Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

I've been to Nyonya a few times on various different deal vouchers. Been here twice using karaoke vouchers, they have a few rooms in the basement of the restaurant and food and drinks are served to your room. Great craic had by all and nice having waiter service down to the basement. Most recently came here on a tapas tasting menu voucher, tapas were from a set menu including beef rendang, spring rolls, chicken wings, satay and much more. Massive portions, reasonable quality, the place always has at least a few tables of asian people dining which is always a good sign!

The Halfway House
Walkinstown Road, Walkinstown, Dublin

Visited the halfway house with a bunch of friends. We got the early bird deal 2 courses for 15, everyone enjoyed their meals, I actually got 2 starters as a main and wasn't charged more. They also gave us a free extra portions of fries for free which was nice of them considering we were on the early bird. Minor mistake made on one persons order but it was rectified immediately. Nice local pub grub and good value!

777
7 Castle House, South Great Georges Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

A group of us visited 777 for a friends birthday. We booked ahead and were waiting about 15 minutes on the table... not too bad really. This place is kind of tapas style mexican, there's a great variety of unusual and interesting dishes for 7.77. Food quality is great, although for 7.77 some of the dishes are a bit small. Choose wisely you can great value for money or end up spending a small fortune on multiple small dishes! DJ playing tunes in the restaurant, really cool place a bit hipster... kind of a new york / brick lane london vibe

Darwins
80 Aungier Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Initially visited Darwins on a Groupon deal... I discovered one of my now favourite restaurants! They're steaks are delicious, I believe they also operate a butchers or something that they raise their own cattle making their steaks one of the best in Dublin. The place is a little bit small so it can feel cramped during busy periods. Staff are always really attentive. House wine is great and reasonable value.

Arc Cafe Bar
Liffey Vallley Shopping Centre, Fonthill Rd, West Dublin, Liffey Valley, Dublin

Visited the Arc on a dealrush voucher 2 courses for 16... great value! We both had fish cakes to start and paid an extra 2 euro supplement for steak. Steak was nice, teeny bit fatty! Staff were lovely really attentive even though the restaurant was packed. Didn't get any dessert, house wine is nice - would recommend for local bites!

Carlo's Restaurant
63-64 O'Connell Street, Dublin 1, City Centre North, Dublin

I've been to Carlos a number of times using various deal vouchers. Regardless of having vouchers Carlos does a great early bird menu, super cheap with great quality food. I've had steak on a stone here and it was delicious, great fries and a nice selection of mini sauces. Their house wine is also really nice. On other occasions I've had chicken wings to start and had either sea bass or fish and chips - both were delicious. Staff are nice and friendly. Couldn't recommend this place more especially if you're shopping around the Henry Street area, you won't get better quality food for this price!

Shanahan’s on the Green
119 St. Stephens Green, Dublin , City Centre South, Dublin

Went here on the early bird deal for our anniversary. Super attentive staff from the moment you walk in. We went for a pre dinner drink in the Oval bar, big group of America tourists in the bar! Food was amazing, we both had the seafood pancake, really well presented, again we both had steak as a main cooked to perfection, we had cheesecake for desert and it was actually the nicest cheesecake I ever had... the portion was HUGE! We were given a free glass of champers and petit fours at the end with ' Happy Anniversary' written in melted chocolate on the plate... nice tough! HINT - don't fill up on the awesome freshly cooked bread they give you in the beginning... don't ruin your appetite the main dishes are way too good!
