Ristorante Romano
12 Capel Street, Dublin 1, City Centre North, Dublin

The food is ok value for what you get,€10 for starter, maincourse and tea/coffee but the portions are small and the staff can be quite rude at times. The decor is old and requires updating. The Soup is lovely but I wouldn't be rushing back.

Montys of Kathmandu
28 Eustace Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Food nice, service ok, bit expensive in the current climate and early bird does not have a great selection! Would go again but would be a more frequent visitor if prices were better!

Went for pre-theatre menu, and had excellent meal. Beef just melts in your mouth. Great value €26.50 for 3 course meal.Staff very friendly, helpfully and accomodating. Will definately be going back. Nice for groups or couples.

The Halfway House
Walkinstown Road, Walkinstown, Dublin

I eat here nearly every sunday and it is the best carvery in dublin for sure. Staff are so helpful and food is consistently good. Food is also lovely during week but a bit pricey. I would recommend this during week for a family dinner or romantic meal for two as it has candle lit tables and service is excellent, at weekend it is fab for a sunday lunch and a great handover cure. O and the desserts are mainly home made and to die for!! Love this for food and drink, highly recommended and I'm very fussy when it comes to carvery food.

F.X. BUCKLEY Steakhouse Pembroke Street
1A Lower Pembroke Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

I was here on Saturday with a group of seven. Food was delicious, service was good only fault I would have is that it is quite pricey for what you actually get. I had lamb and portion size was quite small. Also certain main courses did not include side orders, which I think is a bit ridiculous when the price of steak dishes range from €24 to €38. But overall a good night had by all and I would go back.

Wallace's Torino
9 Grattan Crescent, Dublin 8 , Inchicore, Dublin

I Have visited this restaurant a number of times, and went a gain on the 12th of february after a very bad experience last April 2008. In april i found the service to be Extremely slow, staff rude and food just average. We arrived at 20 past 8, having booked a table for half 8. We were showed to our table and didn’t get to order for over 10 minutes later. Our starter arrived at 20 past 9, and our main course at quarter past 10. In the interim I had to struggle to get the waitress's attention to get a glass of wine when we had been sitting with empty glasses for over 10minutes. This experiece was not as bad but again a long wait for main course over 30 minutes. Food was nice and very reasonable, and wine is fab. Grand for a night out with girls wheres theres loads of gossip to catch up on and you dont mind the wait but if your hungry eat befroe you go as you will be waiting.

Jaipur Restaurant (George's Street)
41 South Great Georges Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin

I have eaten here numerous times, food quality and service is excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. Only complaint I would have is that the restaurant was a been bit cold on a few occassions. I would recommend this restaurant its my favourite restaurant in Dublin.
