Definitely one of the best eateries around! Food is delish, staff are really friendly, and there's always a good atmosphere! Have been here a few times for brunch when its really busy but the staff always accommodate, without rushing people and looking for tables back. Will be back again and again...

I was in hush with my girlfriend not long ago....we were there for the early bird menu. We both liked the look of what was on it, however, neither of us were too impressed at what was served, considering the price. I had the steak which was well cooked, but that was literally all I got on the plate....with the exception of some pepper sauce and a little garnish. For such a small place I thought the service would have been good but we found that to be lacking also... slow and a little impolite. Needless to say we wont be returning...

BANG Restaurant & Bar
11 Merrion Row, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

three of us came here for the pre-theatre menu, I had booked that afternoon just to ensure our table. we arrived to a locked door and a waiter who couldnt find our booking. We were the only people there for the first while, and yet we could overhear the chef telling the waiter that he had not received any orders, 15 minutes after we had done so!the game terrine was ok but with bits of fat, mains were very tasty but 2 dishes came out cold (we were now 1 of 2 tables at this stage).portions were very small as well for the price. deserts were the best part of this meal by a mile...delish! service was lacking and as cold as the food. I won't be going back in a hurry...

Cucina Italiana
17 St Anthonys Place, Killarney, Kerry

had the early bird here, decent value and the food was super. the desert let it down slightly but starts and mains were fab! we were here on a monday evening so naturally there wasn't much atmosphere, however i think this would be preferable to a weekend night as you might as well be sitting on the same table as the one next to you. service was fast and friendly also. well worth a visit when in killarney if you dont mind the lack of elbow room!

The Danny Mann
Eviston House Hotel, 97 New Street, Killarney, Kerry

I was here with my girlfriend on a sunday evening, there were a few around but seemed quite empty due to the size of the place. We seated ourselves and were a little disappointed with the service. The food was tasty albeit a little on the warm side. We had the sirloin steak which was lovely and the cottage pie which was exactly what it said on the tin...no sides/fries/garnish of any kind, just a slice of brown bread straight from the packet. Wasn't the greatest place I have ever eaten and don't think I would go again.

The House
4 Main Street, West Dublin, Howth, Dublin

I was here a few weeks ago with my girlfriend. We loved pretty much everthing about the place. Food was great...we had the antipasti plate for starts and I had the sea bass for mains...both superb. Great atmosphere, and friendly staff also make for a great evening.
