Sabai
19 The Mall, Waterford City, Waterford

Setting and atmosphere very nice. Servers accommodating and knowledgeable. Food is good but expectedly so (no different than a good takeaway).

Whitefriar Grill
16 Aungier Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin

For a brunch that always hits the spot, surrounded by your fellow hungover millennials, in the centre of town with a damn good cocktail for the cure. Eat all the sourdough, drink all the wine and forget the Sunday fear!

Greedy Goose
15 Townyard Lane, Malahide, Malahide, Dublin

Whilst the seating can sometimes feel a little cramped, this is a gem within malahide. The menu allows for a bit of everything, the service is excellent, presentation is great and the wine is reasonably priced. I don\'t think you can ask for more from a local haunt. Only downfall is that it is not very child friendly but that\'s ok for most!

Dada Restaurant

dada is always a great spot for a date. The food, atmosphere and location lend to a great evening out!

FIRE Restaurant and Lounge
Mansion House, Dawson Street, Dublin 2, Dawson Street, Dublin

The service in Fire really is excellent. The varying menus all seem to have very samey content and the ambience could be a bit better. The food is pretty faultless though and this is a reliable restaurant for pleasing the palate of the choosy foodie.

Bear
35 South William Street, Dublin 2, South William Street, Dublin

Seemed to be a slow night and the service was a bit lazy. Steaks to share definitely best option to share. Presented cooked as ordered which is always a pleasant surprise when one orders steak! Menu a little restricted, even for a steak joint.

The Italian Corner
23/24 Wellington Quay, Dublin City Centre, Dublin 2, Temple Bar, Dublin

Live jazz music on the night made it for me. Gave a really good ambience for evening drinks and dinner! Went on a deal voucher with the girls and didn't leave disappointed!

Rolys Bistro
7 Ballsbridge Terrace, Dublin, Ballsbridge, Dublin

Friday lunch out- place was bustling but got a seat no problem. The takeout food is a great option whilst on the go. Service friendly and quick. Lunch menu exhibits great value. Would frequent regularly!

Musashi Noodles and Sushi Bar
15 Capel Street, Dublin 1 , City Centre North, Dublin

Service here really is friendly and attentive. BYOW is a great option. Clientele young and trendy. Some seats lend themselves to a draught. Sushi was top notch but some of the other dishes were a tad greasy. Overall I would go back and recommend to friends for a wallet friendly casual dinner with friends

Opted for pre theatre menu. Food was faultless as was service. Will definitely go back

Damascus Gate
10 Upper Camden Street, Dublin 2, Camden Street, Dublin

Went with a small group of girls. Byow is really convenient. Food was pretty faultless and great portion size for the price. Tables a little crowded at the back. Unfortunately the service was terriblly slow and quite unfriendly. The restaurant was semi-busy. Perhaps they were understaffed that night and a bit grumpy. Kind of spoiled the lovely food and subsequently I haven't been back since :-(

The Cedar Tree
11a St Andrews Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Sunday afternoon dinner at the cedar tree was a real treat. The afternoon menu has a generous selection for bargain prices. The food is authentic and if you like moroccan/lebanese then the Cedar tree is the first stop in Dublin.

Cornucopia

I visit cornucopia regularly. Their lunch special cant be beaten if you want a hearty wholesome fill. Vegetarian or not, it's well worth a visit!

Wrights Findlater Howth Restaurant
Findlater House, North Co. Dublin, Howth, Dublin

Delicious food. Very fresh - always ask for specials like catch of the day! Staff were very friendly and were keeping an eye to make sure drinks didnt run dry etc. Nice for families also For the weekends consider the bar food, Just as nice, served in cosy bar - where you can stay on when youre finished! and prices are really reasonable!

Crackbird
60 Dame Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Ok no one can deny - the food is good, the sides are good, the price is good. But the tables are cramped, the staff have always been overworked/unattentive whenever I have been there. So it's not a place for a date, but with a few close pals you cant go wrong. Better than KFC for the day and open late at night if you're about town for a social drink!!!

Fallon and Byrne
11-17 Exchequer Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Honestly the food here NEVER fail to impress me, whether the deli, the restaurant, or the buffet finger food at the wedding party I was at this time round! Anytime of the day is good for it!

Gourmet Burger Kitchen - GBK (South William Street)
14 South William Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Samphire @ The Waterside
The Waterside House Hotel, Near Swords, Donabate, Donabate, Dublin

I've eaten here on several occasions and to be honest - I have never seen such great service in a dublin restaurant. Staff are very attentive without crowding you. variety of fresh bread and always amuse bouche while you wait, a great and varied menu often inlcuding local produce (try the crab claws). Beautiful setting overlooking the sea and a post-dinner drink in the bar. This is probably my favourite restaurant and I will keep going back again and again.
