Dined here last night. A good place for a quiet peaceful meal. The ceasar salad was delish. Pasta Primavera main course was nice, but nothing special. My partner had the hot Mexican pizza which he thoroughly enjoyed. A little pricey for the quality of food, but I suppose that's Temple Bar for you! Staff were very attentive and friendly.

Eden Bar and Grill
7 South William Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin

A lovely atmosphere here - really enjoyed the decor. The food was all delicious, full of fresh and light ingredients. We both had the duck and I\'d have it again. Servers were attentive and polite and although we were initially told they\'d need the table back, we did not feel under pressure to vacate by the time given. Will definitely return.

Cleaver East By Oliver Dunne
6-8 East Essex Street, , Temple Bar, Dublin 2 , Temple Bar, Dublin

V good value early bird - went for a friend\'s birthday on a Monday night. The four of us enjoyed our starters and mains. However, portion sizes not huge and add ons can end up putting more of a dent in your pocket than predicted. So, if you\'re looking for a small bite before a few drinks in town, early bird here is perfect!

ely bar & brasserie
CHQ Building, Georges Dock, Dublin 1, City Centre, IFSC, Dublin

Enjoyed the food here - salmon starter and Thai curry main - both v delicious and filling. The restaurant was uncomfortably warm however and we left before dessert. The service wasn\'t great either - we had 4 different servers. There seemed to be confusion - we were asked would we like to see the dessert menu before we got our mains. We waited for 10 minutes for a steak knife when the mains did arrive (my other half had steak - tasty). And when we were leaving it took a while to get the cheque and when it arrived, we charged full price for our dishes despite ordering from the early bird. Not completely out off, but reluctant to go back.

Went here for Thursday night dinner and drinks. V relaxing atmosphere and a good place to talk. Service was lovely - very welcoming and attentive. Excellent value. We had potato skins, chicken wings and steak on stone - all very tasty and v filling. Perfect for a no fuss evening meal and drink.

Port House Pintxo
12 Eustace Street, Dublin 2, Temple Bar, Dublin

This is a great spot. Excellent tapas, I haven't had better since I was in Spain. Really good atmosphere and excellent service and the wine selection is brilliant. The atmosphere is really nice and the style of the bathrooms is a suprise bonus! Well worth a visit

Acapulco Restaurant

I loved the food here. Really tasty and a huge selection. I would highly recommend to any mexican food lovers. Well worth a visit but may be worth booking a table in advance. The burritos are fantastic!

Charming Noodles
105 Parnell Street, City Centre North, Dublin

This is a great little restaurant. Excellent food at very good value for money. They have excellent lunch deals that simply won't be beaten. The food is really tasty and fresh and authentic Chinese cooking. This place is well worth a visit even just to try the noodles.

Luigi Malones Restaurant
5/6 Cecilia Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre, Temple Bar, Dublin

This is a good restaurant to come with a large group and the food is quite good however I feel its over priced for the quality you get. I got spare ribs and was quite disappointed with both the portion and the quality. The pizzas are very tasty though as is the dessert menu.

Halfway House (Navan Road)
Ashtown, Navan Road, Dublin 7, Navan Road, Dublin

A good place for some local grub. We went on a Thursday and it was very quiet and lacking in atmosphere. The food was pretty tasty. Good value for money. Would go again if in the area, but wouldn't go out of my way to make it back.

La Pizza
14/15 Upper O'Connell Street, City Centre North, Dublin

A good place to go for a quick bite before the cinema. Not recommended for dates - some unsavoury characters may walk in off the street!

The Kingfisher Restaurant, Guesthouse & Apartments
166 Parnell Street, City Centre North, Dublin

Went for lunch here on Sunday. Had the kingfisher sandwich- delicious! Bacon, mayo lettuce, tomato AND chicken. Very tasty indeed and big pot of tea to wash it all down. Traditional hearty food. Plenty of kids there though so if you're looking for somewhere quite, maybe not the best bet. Perfect for a quick bite.

Mexico to Rome

Went here for dinner recently. Caught the early bird menu which was great value. The food was very nice too. I had the fish cakes to start. They were very tasty and filling. For main I had a veg burrito which was also delish! Very satisfying meal. Perfect for a quick and cheap bite to eat.

The D
Scotch Hall, Drogheda, Louth

Stayed here on a hen weekend. We got a great offer - €110 2nights B&B + 1 evening meal. The staff were friendly and helpful. The evening meal was delicious and enjoyed by all. There wasn't much atmosphere in the bar on the Fri night but there was live music on the Sat night which was good craic. The rooms were lovely - clean and comfortable. Would def reccommend it.

The Harbour Master Restaurant & Bar
Custom House Dock, I.F.S.C Dublin 1, IFSC, Dublin

Had lunch here recently. I had the chicken ceaser salad which was lovely - if a little overpriced. Was disappointed with the bathroom facilities (smelly, no handsoap, no handtowel...) Would try somewhere else if in the area next time.

The Waterside Inn
Opposite Howth Yacht Club, Harbour Road, North Co. Dublin, Howth, Dublin

Had pub grub here on Sunday. Chicken burger and chips- cant reall go wrong with it. One negative- the tables are super small and the people next to us had to eat their dinner off their laps! A good spot for a quick bite all the same.

The News Cafe

Have had lunch from here many times- really tasty food, fast but friendly service and quite cheap. Love it.

Only ate here once for a work night out but I was very impressed. The food was gorgeous and service was excellent too. Only criticism - was a bit crowded.

The Upper Deck duplicate
Harbour Road, Above the Waterside Pub, Howth, Dublin

The staff here were very rude to me- made me feel as though I was an inconvenience to them as I ordered! The food was quite delicious but I won't be returning because the waiters are SO rude!

The Goblet
Malahide Road, Artane, Dublin

I live locally, so the Goblet is very handy for some quick grub and a few pints. The food is usually quite nice and is good value. It is your regular local so nothing to get TOO excited about.... The Sunday dinner is very tasty!

Purple Ocean Restaurant

the food here is very tasty and reasonably priced... would recommend

Cucina
Unit 9A, Kings Court, Parnell Street, City Centre North, Dublin

Have been here a couple of times. A nice place to go for a quick bite before the cinema. The food is a fair price and quite tasty. My bf loves the wings... However, was there at wkend and was served the wrong dish for main... A bit annoying but the waitress changed it with no major drama...

Toscana City Centre
3 Cork Hill, Dame Street (opposite Dublin Castle), Dublin City Centre, Dublin 2, Temple Bar, Dublin

Have dined here a few times now. The food is delish and the staff are very attentive and friendly. The portions are also very generous. There is a nice and relaxing atmosphere, but downstairs can be hot and stuffy when the restaurant is busy (which it always seems to be). In some areas the tables are also quite close together which can be a little annoying.

Casa Pasta (Clontarf)
55 Clontarf Road, Dublin 3, Clontarf, Dublin

Have dined here a few times now. Casa Pasta is a small restaurant and a good place to go for a quick bite. The food is lovely and there is a great range of pasta dishes on offer. However, the tables are tightly packed and quite close to one another. This made me feel a little uncomfortable. As I said, a good place for a quick bite.
