I live quite close to gotham south, so it is always an option when I dine out. Very cool restaurant with good good. Even if your not a fan of pizza's they have some very nice alternatives. The butternut squash pasta dish is a personal favourite. the service is quite good. The only problem is they stop serving early enough, I think i went down around 9.30 one night and we were told the kitchen had finished. Other than that its great place for a relaxing meal and it is excellent value.

Informal atmosphere, good burgers. Sensibly priced compared to what you get. You get an irish take on the classical burgers. we tried the dubliner and the emancipator and both were really tasty with a good hamburger steak!

FXB Monkstown
3a The Crescent Monkstown, South Co. Dublin, Monkstown, Dublin

We popped in here for dinner on a Tuesday night thinking that we would get a table easily.......wrong! This place was buzzing. We sat at the bar as that was the only place left to sit, and that was absolutely fine. If an eatery is near to bursting on a Tuesday, then they have a great product. The bar staff were on a constant run behind the counter, attending to patrons, but still had time for conversation. The food was tasty, hot and despite being busy served quite quickly. Keep up the good work all of you! We will return.

The Bank on College Green
20-22 College Green, City Centre South, Dublin

The Bank looks very posh. A good seating area in the bar and a small restaurant upstairs which looks down towards the bar. There could be more televisions around the bar for sporting occasions as there are not many. Overall would defo recommend this bar.

Very pleased with my barley dish as a vegetarian. It was to die for. Yum. This was my second time in this restaurant. I was there at lunch and everyone at my table marvelled at their food. I know where to come on my next birthday!

The Arch Bistro
Above the Glenside Pub, Landscape Road, South Dublin, Churchtown, Dublin

Heard a lot of good things about this restaurant and we weren't disappointed. Really nice place, terrific food and very friendly service. We had two starters, two mains, a dessert, a glass of wine and a pot of tea and the bill was just over €50. This is good value anyway, but for the quality of the meal it was EXCELLENT value. Looking forward to going back for another meal soon.

Brasserie 7
The Capel Building, Capel Street, Dublin 1, City Centre North, Dublin

So glad to see this place up and running after being closed for so long. Great food, simple and tasty. Have dined here twice, lunch and dinner. Great selection for lunch and dinner(pulled pork for lunch and spare ribs are ace). Staff are very welcoming and kind and I will be back with friends because this place deserves to be busy each night and I am sure it will be!

The Counter Dundrum

The counter is one of my favourite burger joints in dublin. I love that I can customise and build my Own burger. They're always cooked to perfection, lots of cheese and topping choices as well. Highly recommended!

Queen of Tarts (Temple Bar)
3 - 4 Cow's Lane, Temple Bar, Dublin

This is a great place to go for a bite to eat, for either something savory or a dessert. There is a small selection of sandwiches to choose from which are very tasty. The desserts are presented fabulously at the counter as you go in and are well presented on the plate when you order them. Also the tea is served in a lovely pot and teacup which is great if you're into that sort of thing. There is alot to choose from on the menu. I'll defiantly be visiting more times.

Brasserie Sixty6
66/67 Great South Georges Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin

Fabulous breakfast !! Had a Smoked salmon omelette served with chips and salad, and my boyfriend had a full Irish breakfast ! Service was fantastic and the atmosphere was buzzing! A full house at 12 noon! Definitely says a lot!! Will be back next weekend for brunch!! Great restaurant

Surma
43 Lower Camden Street, Dublin 2, Camden Street, Dublin

I think this restaurant serves the best Indian food in Dublin. They will generally cook anything you want. the food is always so fresh tasting, that's what I love about it. I also dont like Indian food that is heavy on cream, here they use very little cream, but their food is 'heavy' on taste. The waiter staff are so friendly and helpful. I would gladly suggest a visit. The only let down is the athmosphere, they changed the decor from traditional to, well less traditional, and it's jsut too bright now, and for some reason it seems colder. All in all well worth a visit!!!

Zaytoon (Parliament Street)
14/15 Parliament Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

yes i'm a fan of donar kebabs and i really like zaytoon. The chilli is hot but the garlic balances out the tastebud tingling thrashing. I was there last week and last month and both times the company was good but so far i have'nt been in there overly sober! The next day you might need two times around the block in order to work off some of the calories tho!

Dandelion
St. Stephen's Green, St Stephens Green, Dublin

A lovely spot on Stephens Green, fantastic food and they have cocktails for five euro at any hour of the day! I love the high-top tables and the plush red seating. Also, the space is divided up nicely with different seating areas, including a few inviting booths. And, there is a lovely long bar and a dance.I like it! And as for a martini, they make a good one!

The Port House Ibericos
5/6 Pembroke Cottage, Pembroke District, Dundrum Town Centre, Dublin 14, Dundrum, Dublin

Nice place. good food and decent service. Tapas appeal is as expected - a variety of tastes & ideal for sharing. Perfect stop for before, during or after a shopping trip to Dundrum. The tables were a bit close together and small in size. All considered - Nice place to eat and plenty of choice!

Nandos (Dundrum)
Sandyford Road, Dundrum Town Centre, South Dublin, Dundrum, Dublin

I have dined here with friends on many occasions!! Every time is equally as good, and I always leave feeling very satisfied. My favorite is the nan pitta bread which comes with a little bottle of piri-piri sauce which you can drizzle over the warm nan bread and a little bowl of hummus. There chicken is divine and the fact that you can get a stamp every time you go there is a great incentive. Having gotten 3 stamps you get awarded and again after 6 and then after getting 9 stamps, on your tenth visit you get a free whole chicken which is fantastic!! Drinks can be refilled for free with a student card and the deserts are incredible! Get the white chocolate cheese cake swirl, you wont be disappointed!!

Tigers - Closed
35 Dawson Street, Dublin 2, Dawson Street, Dublin

Tiger restaurant is a part of the La Stampa hotel and is Asian cuisine. You must go downstairs to reach the restaurant. It is dimly lit and very authentic with lovely couches for seats at the back. I dined here on a voucher which was 50€ to spend on food and drink. We enjoyed a fantastic three course meal and was very happy to fork out a bit extra as we couldnt resist the cocktail menu!! All the food was presented beautifully and you could see that there was great attention to detail. Staff are very attentive and very willing to alter orders!! Definitely somewhere to go to if you are close by and looking for a lovely meal in a very cosy restaurant.

il Divo Restaurant
2 Terenure Road East, (Above Comans), Rathgar, Dublin

Fantastic Italian restaurant in the heart of Rathgar!! Fabulous food, cooked to perfection! I had the calamari for starters which was delicious, and my friend enjoyed Flan di Spinach! It looked amazing and so I had to tuck in! It was exactly as I thought it would be!! I had the carbonara which was a perfect sized portion and my friend enjoyed the tagliatelle alla bolognese. Very decent prices and for a three course meal it came to less than €50 (minus tip) Very enjoyable and a great atmosphere!! I have since been back, and the first experience was again revisited! A must go to!!

Farm Restaurant (Leeson St)
133 Upper Leeson St, Dublin 4, City Centre South, Dublin

Had a lovely experience here, it is a beautiful small restaurant on Leeson Street. Fabulous atmosphere and very attentive staff, they even have a little bell on the table which you can ring when you require service. The food is so fresh and organic and it is definitely notable that all produce are extremely fresh. For starteres my boyfriend had the chicken wings and they were delicious, I had the goats cheese tart which I have dreaming about since. I ordered the vegetarian burger which was made from cous cous and grated carrot quinoa, feta cheese and chick peas all on a bed of salad. It was divine and there was plenty. My other half enjoyed a lovely cottage pie which he thoroughly enjoyed. For desert we shared a chocolate brownie which was delicious!! Will definitely be back in a hurry!! Lovely experience!

For mains he had bolognase which was in a fabulous square dish and a huge portion! it was lovely , i had a taste! Baan Thai (Ballsbridge)
16 Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ballsbridge, Dublin

I have been here many times with vouchers and every time has been fantastic. I have tried both branches, and would prefer the Sandyford one as it is far more spacious! Every time I go with my boyfriend and we get the same thing!! Pad thai for main is always so lovely, and he gets a yellow chicken curry. Perfect if you dont want anything too spicy. Very generous portion sizes. For starters we usually get vegetable tempura which is a lovely selection of vegetables deep fried in batter, spring rolls and chicken satay skewers. All come with there own dip and everything is presented beautifully!! Customer services is great and they are always on hand to assist ! Will definitely be keeping up my customer loyalty.
