Reviewed 14th August 2014 ( visited 09th August 2014 )Lovely food -- prawn cakes for starters & mixed seafood with Thai herbs for mains.... both very tasty. Washed down with some Chinese beers. The service was excellent, they were so patient even when our group couldn't stop talking & take some time to look at the menu! It was quiet when we were leaving - usually the karaoke is starting up but none on the night we were there. We had a great night anyway & we'll definitely be back soon.
Siam Thai (Dundrum) restaurant
Dundrum Town Centre, South Dublin, Dundrum, Dublin, Area Code:
Reviewed 25th August 2015 ( visited 21st August 2015 )My husband & I ate here on a busy Friday evening. We were seated straight away as I had booked a table. For starters I had Vegetable triangles which were tasty. My hubbie had the Siam combo which he enjoyed - the satey & rib sauces were both placed on the plate together & it didn't look great to be honest. It would have been better to have them in separate dishes to avoid them 'leaking' into all the other pieces of food - but that's just our opinion of it. For mains I had the prawn pad thai - it was really tasty, lots of prawns & a generous portion. My hubbie had beef red curry. However he had to order rice & chips separate - neither of them came with the dish which I thought was odd. At 20 euro I think it should have come with rice or chips. We had a couple of beers and skipped dessert. Overall, our food was delicious but it is priced to high.

Nice Décor, lively place. I had thai samosas with cardamom yoghurt - these were gorgeous. The yoghurt was really nice. For mains I had yakasoba noodles with prawns - really tasty. Nice texture from the sesame seeds. Plenty of prawns but they were just a little overcooked. For dessert I had warm almond brownie - this was really nice too. Overall, lovely place, good food & I'll be back :)
Little Caesars Pizza (City Centre)
5 Balfe Street, Near Westbury Hotel, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin
Pizzas are a good size for kids at 9in. Side of chips was very small for 2.50 and not very nice. my own chicken dish with mushrooms & cream sauce was tasty & the calzone was big & tasty but overall it was just ok.
Dublin Road, Naas, Kildare
We ate early on new years eve - the place was packed. The food was gorgeous. Goats cheese & fig compote to start & Pasta for mains, white wine/garlic with chicken- it as delicious. They still had the early bird menu running which is great value. The kids ate every bit of pizza (& it was huge). We'll be back!
Marco Pierre White Steakhouse & Grill
51 Dawson Street, Dublin 2, Dawson Street, Dublin
We had the early bird menu which was excellent value at 20 euro for 2 courses. I had prawn cocktail for starters. It was very fresh & tasty. Not overly big but enough. For mains I had the fish cake with an extra side of handcut fries. The fish cake was huge, really tasty & nice & hot. The spinach was buttery & the tartar sauce was delicious. I couldn't finish my chips but they were very tasty & crisp. We will definitely be back. The food was delicious & the restaurant itself was very classy.

We had dessert too - bread & butter pudding & apple crumble - both huge & tasty. The service was great & we'll definitely be back. Thanks...

What a tasty menu. Myself & my husband ate here on a citydeal & we both loved the food. For starters I has Murgh Malai Tikka - Lots of garlic & very tasty. Hubbie had the chicken sholey - which he loved. There was plenty of it & it was very tasty. For mains I had the Lamb sharbai- Really really tasty & hubbie had Chicken tikka Masala which was great. We shared chip, rice & naan. Which was far too much for two. We did have room fpr dessert though, as you do. A tarta fantastica & a mint Trufito topped everything off. They were good. A few beers later & we rolled out of the place. The service was excellent, the food preperation was delicious. Overall we really enjoyed the meal & we'll definetly be back :o)

Ate here on a Sunday afternoon. There were a few other diners. For starters I had the Mango & prawn salad with chilli dressing - Very tasty, lovely juicy prawns too. Mains was the sea bass special in green curry sauce - Very nice, loads of Veg & fish -- really tasty. My hubbie had the chicken satay for starters - Good enough & the sirlion beef stir fry which he devoured - He loved it.... With 4 beers our meal came to 75 euro... a s=little on the steep side if I'm honest but the food was really delicous.... I'll be back for a special occasion :o). The staff were very attentive & ensured us that one rice & one chip would be more then enough!--thanks guys, they certainly were :o)
The Bay Restaurant @ Walters
68 Georges Street Upper, South Co. Dublin, Dun Laoghaire, Dublin
Dined here with 5 adults & 2 children. The staff were very, very nice & helpful. They are not enough staff if you ask me & they never stopped running around serving people. The food was excellent, scallops for starters & fillet steak for mains. Perfectly cooked & the Salad & Garlic potatoes were gorgeous. We were able to avail of the 50/50 deral (you pay half, they pay half) which was excellent. 105 euro for all our meals & not one complaint - Everyone's food was excellent. The highlights -- Seafood chowder for starters & the Sirloin for mains. We'll definitly be back. :o)
45 South William Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin
Ate here with my husband - had a cosy table near the kitchen which was lovely. For starters I had the Chicken Kebab - the harissa dip was rally hot & spicy. My husband had the mincemeat kofta kebab which was delicous... the yohurt was a great help to my dish! For mains I had the lamb, apricot, walnuts & almonds tagine - it was delicious - really tasty. My husband had the Chicken supreme tagine with pears & almonds - it was really nice - I'd get it the next time. Like an indian Pasanda without the cream sauce. In addition we ordered couscous, roasted veg & chips. We ordered banana & apple fritters & cardamon & lemon tart - both were fantastic. We had a few Moroccon beers too. We were completely stuffed afterwards. The waiters/waitresses were very nice but they seemed to disappear half way through the meal- we were waiting a good while for our mains. Otherwise I'd love to return & urge you to try it.
The Blazin Grill Steakhouse and Seafood
Belgard Square, Dublin 24, Tallaght, Dublin
Ate here with two friends one night. The restaurant was jammed but we were still seated straight away. The staff are fantastic, very friendly & they knew the menu well. Nothing was any trouble for them. For starters I shared the over baked flat mushroom - there was 3 of them & they were very tasty. For mains I'd the Classic french style fillet - Cooked perfectly, Gorgeous crispy onions & veg. I ordered a french dressed salad aswell which was fresh & tasty. The girls had the italian mafia chicken (My friend licked the plate clean & said it was delicious) & the hake which was tasty. The mash was lovely on all the dishes. For dessert we shared the orange sponge -- it was FAB. Overall, all our dishes were superb, the staff are great & we'll be back as soon as we can. The bill was very resonable too. :o)
Las Rada Wine and Tapas Bar

Ate here with my husband. Loved the relaxed atmosphere & the gorgeous decor. The beer ontap is yummy. The tapas are devine.... Pepper with monkfish & crab, Crab tartlets, Brushetta, Morrocan vegatable somosas & the parma ham & goats cheese wraps were gorgeous. Can't wait to go back. We thought it was great value & we really enjoyed ourselves.

Lovely looking restaurant, very clean with lovely decor. Service was a little haphazard but was very friendly. I had goats cheese crostini for starters - very tasty! My mains was the Broadway pizza - Really tasty, topped with lovely fresh rocket, Very tasty. I'd definetly get both my dishes again. The kids menu is a ok. I thought the pizza would have came with chips but it didn't so we had to order these seperately. Overall, it was really tasty & friendly & I'd like to go back to try all the other tasty food I seem on the menu :o)
Lemon Jelly Cafe
Millennium Walkway, Jervis Street, Italian Quarter, Dublin
Found this restaurant by accident & I'm delighted we did. We popped in for brunch on Sunday becasue the menu looked terrific! We were greated by a friendly waiter & seated. The place is very relaxed, clean & busy. I had the vegetarian fry up & other half had the carrot & coriander soup with Tomato bagel & bacon. The fry up was great - Very tasty & fresh. The bagal was really tasty & hubbie ate every last piece including the side salad which is a first - He enjoyed both his dishes. The tea was great - nice big cups of it! Our bill was very reasonable. Can't wait to go back, enjoy the atmosphere, sit back & people watch :o)
Zaytoon (Parliament Street)
14/15 Parliament Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin
6 of us arrived here at 2 in the morning... Speedy service. Knives & forks are a must for this food & its great that they are provided. The garlic sauce is very garlicy & the chilli sauce is HOT! Chips are chips.. No complaints from our table anyway. A staple for the after hours reveller! We'll be back!
Hard Rock Cafe
12 Fleet Street, Dublin 2, City Centre, Temple Bar, Dublin
Ate here on a Saturday afternoon. Service was served with a miserable face. A new waitress came on later in our meal & she was very nice & attentive though. Chicken fajitas were ok - a bit tastless which is hard to do & chicken was a little rubbery. Chicken burger was a little better, it was tasty & the fries are really nice. The 5 euro cocktails are great though. Overall, I wouldn't be pushed to go back, average american fare. Sorry...
The Ballymore Inn
Main Street, Ballymore Eustace, Kildare
Arrived to the restaurant Friday night with a friend. We were seated immediately. The restaurant itself is decorated very tastfully. For starters I had the special which was crab meat cake with avacodo & tomato salsa - It was really delicious. The crab meat was lovely & sweet. For mains we both had the chicken stuffed with Feta, Basil & mango. This came served with couscous. The chicken & delicious - Very soft. The filling was good but I'm still not sure about the mango. Maybe on the side or mixed in with the couscous might be an option. For sides we had chips - these were great, crispy & hot and salad - perfectly fresh. For dessert we had the cheese board between us - We differed on the quince - I enjoyed it. The oat grain homemade crackers were a nice touch too. Overall, A really lovely meal & I'd recommended the restaurant to all. With a few beers added in our bill came to 100 euro, whici I thought was steep. The cheese board is very overpriced. I'll be back for the food. Must add that our waitress for the night was really great - very attentive & friendly. Thanks for a great night.
The Thatch (Kildare)
Ballymore Eustace, Ballymore Eustace, Kildare
Arrived here on Patricks day with the family in tow. Had to seat ourselves as they were understaffed. Waiter came to take our order & we hadn't seen the menus! We ordered from the dinner menu which is extensive & very resonable. The food was great, Lasagne, steak & Fahita's all really tasty. Desserts were great too. The only thing that let them down on the day was the really bad service - not sure what happened as I had been there the week before & the staff we're great. Sitting in front of empty plates for over half an hour is NOT cool. We will be back but maybe not on a bank holiday. The food is worth it.
The Village @ Lyons, Celbridge, Kildare
Ate here with Friends on Saturday night. The Amuse Buche was tasty - It was ham, very tasty with a tart sauce. I had the scallops for starters which were lovely - they came with an indian style dressingwhich was tasty & unusual. For mains I had the steak. This wascooking to perfection, medium rare, fabulously tender & melt in the mouth. The potatoes & sauce were gorgeous. For dessert I had the chocolate mousse which was average for a dessert. Next time I'm defenitly picking the cheese board. We went for the 99 for two special which was worth the splurge. Our party really enjoyed the dinner. Our waiters were very polite & helpful. Would love to go back but it'll have to be for a very special treat.
Weeping Thaiger (Naas)

Arrived for dinner with friends on a Friday evening. The staff were very attentive & friendly. I had the golden bags to start - big & meaty, very nice & hot. For mains I had the fishermans sizzler which was lovely - very tasty & plentyful. Desserts are just icecream so I wouldn't order one again. The staff were great & the food was lovely. I'll be back!

Ate here for lunch with the 2 kids... both had Chicken nuggets & chips - Great-they ate the lot. I had tiny nachos for starters - Divine! Then Chilli chips (dry) & chicken in a bowl, I wasn't in the humour of a bum. It was realy lovely, fresh salad, lots of it & yummy mozzerella & pesto - very tasty! Other half had cheese & bacon fries, yummy. with cheesy chicken burger - devoured! All in all with the malt shakes it was a delicious meal. The kids were delighted with their crayons & stamper sets. Service was excellent. The girls are great. Thanks alot, we'll be back!

Ate here after a show in town. Had chilli fries which were very tasty but the chips were overdone. Also had the nachos for starters - the small bowl. These were really nice, tasty with salsa etc on top. Other half had chips (again overdone) & 2 sliders - These are handy little things. The meal was grand. No doubt we'll be back again. Service was very quick & efficient. Thanks.
Oscar Taylor Restaurant
Island View Hotel, Coast Road, North Co. Dublin, Malahide, Dublin
Ate here with my friends onSaturday night. We were just in time for the Early bird. I had Seafood cocktail for starters - Not as cold as I would have liked but tasty. Salad was lovely & crisp. For mains I had the steak which was really tasty. Veg was gorgeous & fresh. Dessert was pavlova & was lovely too. All my friends enjoyed their meals too. Would love to go back. For 18:95 euro you definetly can't go wrong. Service was excellent, very friendly & helpful. Thanks.
The Egg Cafe (Avoca Rathcoole)
Naas Road, Rathcoole, Dublin
Had lunch here today with a couple of friends. The service was excellent. I had the salad, Tomato, couscous & Brocolli & Feta. The tomato salad was overly covered in olive oil & the cut tomato's were soggy - probably from the oil. The other salads were very tasty & crisp. I found it quite expensive. I'll only be visiting for a treat!
Herald and Devoy
Osprey Hotel and Spa, Devoy Quarter, Naas, Kildare
Myself & my husband ate here on Friday night. We went for the early bird which finishes at 19:30. We were served a basket of the most gorgeous, fresh bread I've had in a restaurant & an amuse buche which consisted of Salmon & carmalised onion on smoe brown bread - delicious. I has the goats cheese for starters & my husband had the sausage. Both were really tasty & hot, which was great. I can't stand cold food in a restaurant. My goats cheese was sitting on veg & hebs - really tasty & creamy. Afterwards we had a red cherry sorbet which was very nice. My husband had the 12oz steak for mains. He ordered chips too even though the main came with potatoes & Vegetables. I had the pork wrapped in parma ham. It was delicious, very soft & really tasty. The vegetables were fantastic, slightly crunchy, hot & really fresh. We cleared the plates!!!! For dessert I had the coconut bomb with white chocolate & my husband had the chocolate & orange cheesecake... again the plates were cleared. I had a glass of white wine & my husband had a half bottle of red (Paulita- which was gorgeous!). We left the restauant about 10, nobody rushing us & all the staff were so attentive. The meal came to ~100 euro, which we thought was very reasonable - We had such a wonderful meal & a great evening. I can't recommend Mash enough & I can't wait to go again.
Eddie Rockets (Citywest)
Citywest Shopping Centre, Citywest Business Campus, West Dublin, Saggart, Dublin
Dropped in here with my other half & the two kids for a bit to eat on evening. Kids menu is good, chicken nuggets were tasty but the chips were dreadful!!! Really bad, overdone, half burnt - I actually cant believe they served them. I had a cheese please with blue cheese - very tasty. Also had 50/50 onion rings/chips. Onion rings were fine (there was 4 of them) but again the chips were terrible, i didn't eat them. Hubby had chicken burger & bacon & cheese fries... He ate everything! I think the cheese sauce covered up the taste of the chips! The waitress was very nice, very polite & chatted to the kids. The plae is spotless. We'll go back but hopefully the chip oil will be changed & the chips will be edible! Sorry!
Siam Thai (Dundrum)
Dundrum Town Centre, South Dublin, Dundrum, Dublin
First time visit with my Husband. Restaurant was very busy. We chose to sit upstairs with the music - The band were fantastic - great background music, not in your face at all & really lovely. Service was great ,the guys are very attentive & happy to oblige. I had dim sum to start-it was very tasty. I liked the one that was wrapped in seaweed the most! My husband had the Cod with Thai herbs which was very spicy but he enjoyed it. For mains I had Choo chee curry with Jumbo prawns - They were gorgeous. Very meaty & a great taste to them. The dish was fantastic. My husband had the beef red curry - Again, I thought it was very spicy. He could only finish half as he was stuffed. However he did manage pavlova for dessert, which he ate everything! I had the sorbet & it was very tasty. I did think the it was a bit pricy to be honest. The starters were 9 euro each, they didn't need to be as big as they were. But we'll be back, we really enjoyed the relaxed band music & the food was fab. Thanks guys.
No 1 Fade Street, Off Georges's Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin
Ate here on a Saturday night good crowd & waitress/waiter where attentive... We needed to call them a couple of times though to bring more wine. I had crab to start, it was gorgeous. Loevly & sweet, perfect. My mains was the grilled cod which I enjoy. The veg & potatoes were lovely too. Have to say though, my friend had the Onion soup to start & it was terrible. Extremly Hot, after 15 mins it was still too hot to eat! And worse, it tasted of burnt onions. We had a great night overall, upstairs in the bar - pretty cool place. Don't know if I'd be back to the restaurant though.
The Avon BAR
The Avon, Burgage, Blessington, Blessington, Wicklow
Myself & my husband ate here last night. We didn't have a booking but we were seated straight away. Our waitress was very attentive & friendly. We had an amuse bouche of Red pepper & aubergine soup which was very tasty. For starters I had Chicken Parfait which was delicious - creamy, smooth & really lovely spread on the warm toast. We then had a lemon sorbet. For mains I had the herb crusted Lamb which was melt in the mouth gorgeous. Really fab. The mash was smooth, the veg crunchy & warm. My husband had the steak which was cooked to perfection - medium. For dessert we had two hot fudge cakes - gorgeous. The restaurant did fill up a little & the waitresses were very busy but handled it all with calm & poise. It was a really gorgeous meal & we both can't wait to go back. Our meal was fabulous value at 34 euro a head! Really great value. Thanks alot.
Jack Whites Inn
Jack Whites Cross Brittas Bay, Wicklow Town, Wicklow
Dropped in here for something to eat. I had the Gaelic steak - Lots of Mushroom & onion sauce & chips. Steak was hard and salad was going brown. Husband had Ham with parsley sauce. The meat was nice but the bolied potatoes could have done with some milk as they were very very dry. The kids had chicken goujons and chips - the chicken was lovely - that southern fried kind of batter - tasty. The meal was very resonably priced but wasn't great. Sorry...
Abbey Street, (Behind Kavanaghs Pub), Naas, Kildare
Love it - gorgeous food, great company. Not many people here on Friday night - very surpised because every time I walk by the place is jammers. The food was goregous - chicken & prawn paella, meatballs, ham & cheese on toast, Brie, Feta & roasted peppers on Toast & chip cubes. To die for. Really very tasty. Between two of us we were happilly full. Not uncomfortable at all. Spanish beer was gorgeous & my friend was drinking the house white which she enjoyed. Can't wait to go back... Really enjoyed it. Staff were really great, explaining all things spanish to me (as I obviously don't have a clue!) and making me feel normal. Thanks for a great night!
Vie de Chateaux
The Harbour, Naas, Kildare
Had the scollops with leek & coconut to start - very tasty & well presented. Husband had soup! - was good. For mains i had the salmon with vegatable terrine - really tasty. Husband had steak - typical man. He thought it was very nice & the garlic butter on top was good. As it was our anniversary the Maitre D ensured we had a complementary glass of sparkling wine each & candles in our desserts! Gorgeous, a really nice touch. My dessert was chocolate creme brulle & hubbie had choc fondant... I loved my dessert but hubbie's was to die for. Can't wait to go back again. Really enjoyed ourselves, loved the settings & how cosy everything is.
46-47 Castle Street, South Co. Dublin , Dalkey, Dublin
Went for early bird which was great value. Think we paid 20 euro for 3 courses. I had Brushetta which was good, the chicken Diavalo which was big & yummy & the lemon cheescake which was gorgeous! The service was excellent. We were there in the middle of the day & they're were a good few people in & out. Try it for a tasty bite... but maybe not very romantic.
Bodhi Tree - CLOSED
Main Street, Blessington, Wicklow
Food is devine... We had chicken tikka to share as a starter. For mains it was Chicken Pasanda & Lamd Rogen Josh, Peshwari Naan & Pilau rice... All gorgeous. Service couldn't have been better - You can tell its a new restaurant as all the staff are eager to please. Only thing is it was a little to bright to be very romantic. I'd say with a few lights turned of the romance would flow. Also, shame its over a pub where you have to walk through a load of smokers to get to the restaurant but don't let this put you off. Its so worth the wait. Hope it all goes well for them. We've had take out a few times too & its been delicious!
Toscana City Centre
3 Cork Hill, Dame Street (opposite Dublin Castle), Dublin City Centre, Dublin 2, Temple Bar, Dublin
Yummy, had the most gorgeous Bruschetta if ever tasted. For mains had one of the specials - Chicken with Tiger prawns in a creamy white wine sauce... It was delicious. For dessert I had the sticky Toffee pudding which wasn't as good as else where. It was cold with no gooey center. Latte to finish. I'd definitely be back, it was a really enjoyable meal, waiters were very pleasent. Yum.
Lemon Tree - Blessington
Main Street, Blessington, Wicklow
Ate here with 3 friends on Friday night. Great service from all the staff. I had Chicken Satay for starters-delicious & plenty of sauce. For mains I had the King prawn Thai style - Really tasty too, spicy but sweet. I really enjoyed it. A couple of beers brought the bill to 30 euro a head which we thought was fantastic. Will be back :o)
Langton Cross, Newbridge, Newbridge, Kildare
Gorgeous - Had chicken chat for starters, lovely but could have done with some naan bread to mop up all the lovely extra sauce. Then had Lamb rogan Josh for mains, really tasty, the lamb was very tender. Peshwari naan & cobra beer to finish off. All together really tasty & great value for money. Only 4 of us in the restaurant on a wednesday night but I did notice there take out service was very busy. Service was very friendly & prompt.
Palazzos - Closed
1 Marlborough Terrace, Strand Road, Bray, Wicklow
Found the staff to be very attentive. We had two babies with us & the staff were really helpful. I had the brushetta, which was average. For mains I had linguine which was delicious - not enough prawns though. Worth a visit.
The Martello (Bray)
Strand Road, Bray, Wicklow
Ate here last week, two days in a row. First day we had Thai Green curry & it was the best Green curry I've ever tasted. Next day i have chowder & it was delicious. My husband had the chicken wrap - it was huge & delicious also. Service was a little slow but food definitely made up for it.

Ate here during a wet rainy day. The owner was very nice & came out to talk to us. I had Bruschetta for starters, which was nice. I had Chicken Romana for mains, alot of pasta but i thought the portions were a little on the small side. I did think all dishes were on the pricey side. Overall though it was nice.
3 South Anne Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin
8 of us had dinner here Friday night. place was full, with a great atmosphere. I had Brushetta for starters- it was quite big & tasty. Tomatoes were a little hard but it was nice. Forr mains I had the chicken, mushroom & white wine sauce with Tagatelli- really tasty. Only one mains sent back - the pizza wa burnt underneath. Everyone else enjoyed their food. With beers the meal came to 35 euor a head which I thought was super. Will be going back. Our waiters were very nice & attentive too.
Dungeon Bar & Grill
Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel, Killiney, Dublin
Ate here last night. I had the lamb cutlets for mains. I ordered baked potato but was brought out baby boiled - I wasn't told when ordering that there are no baked potato's on the menu! The lamb was delicious, really tender & juicy. The veg was great too. Dessert was lemon curd cheesecake - . It was good. I still think this restaurant is overpriced & to be honest the service was a little slow. We were parched before we could get someone to take our drinks order. Sorry...
Stone Haven Restaurant
Mill Street, Maynooth, Maynooth, Kildare
Very nice meal. For starters I had salmon & cream chesse - yum & mains was lamb chops - absolutely gorgeous. Very, very tasty. For dessert I had sticky toffee pudding but to be honest it was different to what I expected, a bit too much like dried out carrot cake with raisins. Sorry. But everything else was lovely - nice setting, lovely beers & very nice staff. I'd go back again.
Newlands Cross, Naas Road, West Dublin, Clondalkin, Dublin
Went here for Mothers day!! There were 8 of us! Waited a hour & a half which I didn't think was that bad for the day that was in it. We had a drink in the bar to pass the time. I had the prawn salad for starters but was very disappointed - it didn't come out in the big glass smothered in Marie rose sauce. Instead there were 6 prawns laid out on a plate with the smallest drizzle of sauce over them - not impressed. For mains I had the surf & turf & it was fab - really tasty. I'd recommend this place to families & big groups. They cater for this market brilliantly.
Seeta Indian Restaurant
Dublin Road, Naas, Naas, Kildare
Ate here recently. I had the chicken pakora for starters - just like chicken nuggets! Then the Lamb Rogen Josh for mains - I wasn't that pushed on it, the lamb was quite though. The restaurant is unusually laid out but I like that. Have to say I wont be returning - I'm sorry we didn't go back to our regular at the top of the town.
Unit 11/18 Belgard Square, Tallaght Town Centre, West Dublin, Tallaght, Dublin
Had dinner here on a Friday night with my friend. We didn't have a reservation but we were seated immediatly at 8:45. We started out with the thai combination starter - yummy, plenty for two & all the sauces were served too. For mains I had mixed sea food stir fry with thai herbs & my friend had Chicken Szechuan. The seafood was gorgeous - really tasty, plenty of seafood & loads of grub. My friend loved her szechuan. A 'few' chinese beers went down well too. A great place to eat, friendly service, fantastic food & great value. We'll be back!
Indie Spice (Naas)

Great evening - for starters we had Chicken satay - loads of sauce, really spicy & prawns in pastry with chilli sauce - prawns were big & meaty. For mains we had chicken green curry - tasty & Seafood green curry - just gorgeous! Real spicy, loads of prawns, squid & crab claws - we were stuffed. A couple of beers to finish it all off. The food is great, atmosphere is lovely - tables not on top of each other so it's still intimate. And the service was fine - the waitresses are very nice. Give it a go.
West Wicklow House
Main st, Blessington, Wicklow
As a local I eat here quite a bit. I have to admit that I much prefer the weekday menu to the weekend one. There's more on it. Also, at weekends this place can get VERY busy. Staff are very nice & prices are reasonable.

Went here for Sunday lunch with my Family. Food was good & well presented. I had the Thai green chicken curry, which was great - plenty of chicken. Would recommend but its pricey.
Lemongrass (Liffey Valley)
Arc Bar, Liffey Valley Centre, West Dublin, Lucan, Dublin
Ate here on a Sunday night- There were about 10 people in the restaurant - The menu is huge, loads to choose from. I had the chicken skewers - lots of peanut sauce (very nice). One of our main courses came out wrong - duck instead of chicken. Other than that it was an enjoyable evening.
Scent Garden Restaurant
1st Floor Scholars Pub, Ballycullen Road, Tallaght, Tallaght, Dublin
Ate out here during the week- restaurant very busy, loads of food (big portions) and quite reasonable. Prawns in bird’s nest was delicious! Having the pub downstairs was great too.
Unit 4 Old River House, Templeogue, Dublin
Ate here only once, I found that the layout is very cafe like, not as cosy as the 'Little Venice' restaurant that use to be there. The staff are very nice and the food was lovely & reasonably priced but I wouldn't go there for a cosy romantic evening out. Sorry...
Eddie Rockets (Tallaght)
The Square, Shopping Centre Tallaght, West Dublin, Tallaght, Dublin
Used to work here so I know the food is prepared well. I've always thought it was a bit pricy though. Staff are friendly and it’s a great location for before or after the cinema... Chicken burger with cheese & bacon cheese fries are the BEST ever... Very clean & always busy...
Castle Chinese Restaurant
3C Castle Street, Dalkey, Dalkey, Dublin
Generally the same as every other Chinese restaurant in Dublin, nice restaurant, nice food, nice location... Central to Dalkey if you’re heading for pints afterwards.
Baan Thai (Leopardstown)
Central Park, Block P, Dublin 18, Leopardstown, Dublin
Ate here with my husband on a Saturday night. I had the mussels for starters - the were delicous. The lemon broth they were sitting in was gorgeous. My hubbie had the sweetcorn cakes - 4 of them. THey were tasty but 4 was alot. For mains I had the jumbo prawns with brandy flambe - They were gorgeous. The veg was pak choi, it was a little watery. My husband had beef red curry which he found hard to finish. The thought it was very tasty. With a bottle and a half of wine & 5 beers the bill was 120+ but it was a lovely meal. At that price I wouldn't being it evevy week but jcut down on the alcohol & the bill wouldn't be so high. Service was great through out the evening. We'll be back ASAP.
Luigi Malones Restaurant
5/6 Cecilia Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre, Temple Bar, Dublin
Ate here Friday about 5ish, place was starting to fill up. I found the service very good, our waitress was very nice & attentive. I had Calamari for starters which were tasty, & for mains Garlic prawns, which I found dissappointing. The oil was very hot, I got fed up picking the shell off & I wasn't full after them. The baked potato was really nice though. My other half had the leek & potato soup, which was lovely, hot & loads of it. Then he had the ham & pinapple pizza - disaster, the tomato puree had no taste & the base wasn't very nice. Overall, the visit was ok. If we go back we'll just have to order something else. Sorry.
