Had a fab meal at La Caverna, 3 of us dined from the early bird menu and everyone enjoyed their choices - between us we sampled the calamari, Caesar salad, risotto, lasagne and a meat pizza - all to be re-ordered at a future date! Definitely recommend for value for money ;)

The Joshua Tree
238 Harold's Cross, Dublin 6, South Dublin, Harolds Cross, Dublin

Had a great first visit to Joshua Tree - salmon terrine and prawn salads for starter - followed by steak on the stone - washed down by some craft beer! The starters were well presented with a great medley of flavours. The steak on stone was perfect, accompanied by floury chips and a mix of onions and mushrooms, honest high quality ingredients allowed to speak for themselves! Service was attentive but relaxed, just right for a relaxed Saturday evening. And within walking distance of home - need I say more ;)

Fabulous food, great service - for me best place to eat Chinese in Dublin .... Make sure to have dumplings ;)

Rody Bolands
12-14 Upper Rathmines Road, Rathmines, Dublin

Ate in Rody Bolands the night before we headed off on holidays ..... and what a lovely way to start the break! A lovely welcome and plenty of fresh tasty food - I had the Brie starter, followed by traditional fish and chips and the pecan / chocolate brownie ...... Each was beautifully presented and had a slight twist on what I expected. Himself went for the soup, burger and cheesecake and was equally impressed. All in all a lovely evening ..... Good honest food delivered with an unexpected flair - and at a great price...... We will be back!

Anar
101 Terenure Road East, Dublin 6, Terenure, Dublin

This was my third visit to Anar and enjoyed every mouthful! Good tasty food that fills you but doesn\'t make you feel like you need to roll home ;)\n\nThey have added some regular desserts to the menu but do try their specialist desserts, they may sound quirky but they are divine ;)
