Reviewed 16th September 2015 ( visited 08th August 2015 )Had the Irish Times offer (3 courses + wine) so couldn't complain. Food was delicious, service was excellent (dessert recommendation spot on) and really like the decor. Toilets are hipster heaven!
Bad Ass Cafe restaurant
Crown Alley, Temple Bar, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin, Area Code: Dublin 2
Reviewed 12th January 2016 ( visited 10th December 2015 )Standard enough fare of burgers, fajitas, lasagne, fish & chips, pasta dishes etc. Food is decent and prices are fair enough given location. Probably geared towards tourists, not worth going out of the way for
Old Bray Road, Cabinteely, Dublin
Spacious layout, interesting menu with lovely specials available too. Excellent service and food was very tasty. Slightly pricey
La Dolce Vita - The Chase
Carmanhall Road, Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin
Location is a drawback (surrounded by offices in Sandyford industrial estate) but the layout inside is very inviting. Varied menu (pasta, pizza as well as standards). Disappointed with the mains - Pollo Siciliana wasn't much more than chicken breast covered in tomoato based sauce though potatoes are very tasty. Chicken and mushroom fettucine was also a bit lifeless. Startes (antipasto plate and prawns) were very tasty and the house wine and coffee are also excellent.
The Box Tree
Stepaside Village, South Dublin, Stepaside, Dublin
Lovely restaurant. Food is of a high standard and prices are fair. Staff are excellent
Cactus Jacks (Middle Abbey St)
Millennium Walkway, Middle Abbey Street, City Centre North, Italian Quarter, Dublin
Good Mexican style food, reasonably priced in comfortable surroundings.
Avenue by Nick Munier
1 Crow Street, City Centre South, Dublin
Went on a Thursday night with voucher, restaurant was busy but service was excellent, staff seemed knowledgeable. Food was very good but this is reflected in the prices though the chips that came with the steak could have come straight from McDonalds. A nice experience but wouldn't be rushing back
4 Rathfarnham Road, Dublin 6W, Terenure, Dublin
Good steakhouse, nothing flashy and prices as you'd expect
27 South William Street, South William Street, Dublin
Food is very good, service is excellent and would recommend. Prices in line with location and quality of food. Need to put a sign on the door for the toilets!
Matt The Thresher Seafood Bar and Grill
31/31 Lower Pembroke Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin
Had lunch here on a Saturday. Wasn't too busy but clashed with a six nations rugby match. Service was very good and food is good though on simple side
The Elephant's Ear
20 Landscape Road, Churchtown, Dublin
Great new restaurant. Food is top notch, excellent service and nice spacious seating.
18 Suffolk Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin
Midweek visit so not too busy. Excellent Italian food and decent portions too! Prices are as expected for food quality and location
Farm Restaurant (Dawson Street)
3 Dawson Street, Dublin 2, Dawson Street, Dublin
Busy even on a Sunday night. Food is very good though maybe not quite up to the a la carte prices. Excellent service, worth a visit for early bird or if you can avail of a special offer
Le Bon Crubeen
81-82 Talbot Street, Dublin 1, City Centre North, Dublin
Great food and attentive staff. Very good value and will be back!

Citron @ Fitzwilliam Hotel

Food was delicious and prepared to a very high standard though this was reflected in the prices. Service was excellent

VnV at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel
Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Golden Lane, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin
Had a pigsback voucher for the summer trilogy menu for 2. Food very tasty after initial surprise of all three courses arriving together on the one platter (trilogy ya see!). Would have regarded it as bit pricey without the voucher. Service excellent though place was quiet enough
O'Sheas Irish Restaurant
23 Anglesea Street, Dublin 2, City Centre, Temple Bar, Dublin
Good value, food is on basic side but tasty. Have decent early bird/lunch specials. Excellent service and place is geared to draw in tourists
7 Ballsbridge Terrace, Dublin 4, Ballsbridge, Dublin
Went here with a pigsback voucher for dinner for two which made it excellent value. Service was slow at start but think staff were moving between cafe part and main restaurant and missed us out. Food was delicious though they could have added in side with fresh fish main course. Tapas style desserts are excellent
