Was here again on Saturday. Party of 6 (3 couples) Price was very reasonable. Food was really good and a lot with it. not one of us finished our meals. The cocktails here were quality on saturday. The waitress looking after us was great. Had a laugh with us and was all round just good craic. Have had the same girl a fair bit when i go and she is great. Atmosphere was good, only down side is that we were sitting directly under the speakers but we soon got used to that. It was a great night out for all 6 of us. No omplaints whatsoever

Brasserie Sixty6
66/67 Great South Georges Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin

By far the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. Firstly, the restaurant itself is really nice, and it was full and atmosphere was great. Now that the positives are out of the way.. Waitress we had absolutely shocking. Not friendly in the least, would barely grunt at you let alone talk to you. When cuttlery was being left after each course it was literally dropped at the edge of the table as she was walking by. Now i don't like people coming over all of the time, but she barely checked on us at all. Not only that, from the time we finished our main course, it took approx 30 mins to take our plates and Dessert order. Then a further 30 mins to actually get our dessert. It took an hour to get through starter and main course, and then a further to get through dessert. The only time she was nice was when there was a mistake with the bill (charged for desserts seperate on top of €33 3 course meal) and she brought the right 1 back. Conveniently at the end of the meal when we would be leaving a tip. Onto the food. I had meatballs to start, and they were decent not too bad. Gf had mozeralla and rissoto balls, again they were good enough too. I had steak for main course cooked medium well, or so i thought. It came out barely cooked medium, which I would still eat cooked like this, but the steak itself was shocking, just pure FAT, by far the worst steak i have ever had, chunky chips were nice though. GF had half chicken and said it was lovely. I had a taste and thought it was good enough. When we finally got dessert, this did not make up for the shocking main course I had. Chocolate brownie was very very dry and not really that nice. GF had apple and hazelnut crumble and to be fair this was gorgeous. GF enjoyed her meal but I absolutely hated mine. Put a dampener on the rest of the night then. I would never recommend this place to any1 and most certainly will never be back. Terrible

The Steps Of Rome
1 Bird avenue, Clonskeagh, Clonskeagh, Dublin

Was here last week with my girlfriend after a day of shopping in town. It is perfect for this type of thing. Small place with a kind of Italian feel to it. I would not recommend as a go out for dinner type of place, but brilliant for a meal after being in town all day. I had a pizza with salami (i think) but it was lovely, really thin base but really really good. Girlfriend had Penne Arabiatta and this too was lovely. Have had this in many places and i think this was by far the best Arabiatta ive had. Service was decent and price was very reasonable. Would definitely be back.

Diep le Shaker
55 Pembroke Lane, (Off Pembroke Street), Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Didnt like this place at all. To be fair the service was decent and cost wasn't too bad. But my god the food was horrible. I enjoy spicy food and the curry here just wasn't nice. It wasn't that it was too spicy or anything just not nice at all. Would not recommend this place any1.

Pizza Hut (Blanchardstown)
Blanchardstown, West Dublin, Dublin 15, Blanchardstown, Dublin

Have eaten here plenty of times. needs to be re-done. Service is decent. However the food aint fantastic. Is far from the best Pizza Hut out there. The buffet is a joke. Hardly any pizza comes out.

Alexis Bar And Grill
17 / 18 Patrick Street, Dun Laoghaire, Dublin

Have only been here with work for lunch and didnt pay (so scored value at 2.5 as couldnt judge it). Food has always been very good and service is usually good. The fish and chips is usually what i would go for and i am yet to be disappointed with it. hot pot is usually good too. Cant quite remember the desserts ive had but i do remember that they have been good.

Hard Rock Cafe
12 Fleet Street, Dublin 2, City Centre, Temple Bar, Dublin

Typical american style restaurant. Decent food, good atmosphere. Good place to start off a night out maybe. Have been here friends from work a couple of times and my GF, and have good nights. Food is reasonable enough in price and is usually pretty good while not amazing. Service is usually good too.

Luigi Malones Restaurant
5/6 Cecilia Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre, Temple Bar, Dublin

Went here last thursday with my GF. Both of us had Pasta. Was pretty good but really needed sum chicken or something in with it. We had a toblerone cheesecake (which was pretty good) and a strawberry and chocolate pavlova between us for dessert. This was fantastic. really really good. 2 courses each for €40 wasnt too bad. and was nice food too

F.X. BUCKLEY Steakhouse Pembroke Street
1A Lower Pembroke Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Ate here about 1 month ago. Had the bacon and cheese cake to start and is was fantastic. Had steak for main course, and while it was a little undercooked it was still fantastic. There was a group of 6 and to tell the truth all the steaks were a little undercooked which was a shame but most still enjoyed it. However 2 of the girls would not touch it as it was not cooked enough. The restaurant then gave both of their entire meals for free and a free bottle of wine for the table. Even with this happening we all agreed we would be back. Its a nice place to eat and staff are really nice!! i really like this place
