Lovely Place, very clean, nicely laid out with 2 different areas opening into each other. Called in about 4 with our 2 kids (3 & 6 months). Had a Chicken Satay starter, my partner and I had Fish & Chips for Mains. Fish was outstanding and the portion size was just right. Our 3 yr old had Fish gougons and chips for her meal and the fish was the same quaility. Got a "Coke Float" for our daughter for desert, but she was a bit confused by it.... I on the otherhand devoured it... YUM YUM !!! One thing for me, being a beer drinker, no Lager on tap, however had a good selection of bottled beers. Very much recommend a visit, we had the lunch menu, should be back in Clon in the next few months and we will def make a visit for the evening menu.

I have used the Rathcormac Inn on many occasions. It offers some great value for some decent honest food. The steaks are my personal favourites and the beers are all excellent. it is well worth a visit if passing or in the area,

Vaughans Anchor Inn Bar
Main Street, Liscannor, Clare

Superb Spot!!! On a day trip to the Cliffs of Moher and stopped here for Lunch on the way back. The fish and Chips in this place is to die for.... I had that by the way. Kids had Spag bol, kids portion. Kids dish was served at the perfect temp, not too hot and the kids could tuck in stright away. Unfortunately it was a flying visit, but i will definitely make it my business to get back here and try the evening menu at some stage. Looks like a great spot to have an evening meal and knock back a few pints for the night. Either the campervan or one of the nearby hotels might be on the agenda for the next visit.

The Brasserie @ Newlands Cross
Bewleys Hotel Newlands Cross, Clondalkin, Dublin

You can never pay enough for good food, but you have always paid too much for bad food. I am afraid in this case, the food was atroscious. My family (partner & 2 Kids) and I were staying close by and on our way back from a day trip to the zoo, we decided to stop in for some food, no great expectations. Ordered our food which took some time to come out. My partner order scampi, and it was terrible. Oil dripping out with each piercing action. I honestly have seen better, when I have made a bad job of the frozen food in our deep fat fryer at home.

Panda Mama
14 Parnell Place, Cork City, Cork

Called in Late Friday night with a party of 4. Staff were very obliging considering the time of night. All 4 had Starter & Mains, and all were very happy with their respective meals. Very good quality food and the staff had no problem with how long we wanted to stay. The one point on the negative for me was the price. A bit expensive in comparison to other options in cork.

The Bosun
The Pier, Monkstown, Monkstown, Cork

5 Star review all round. I have been in the Bosun on many occasions with business and family. On every occasion i was never disappointed. The staff are very professional and provide excellent service. I can recomend either the bar or the restaurant. Most of my visits have been the bar menu, but rest assured both menus are equally as good. My recomendation is Mussel starter and Fillet Steak main. The Mussels are the best i have ever tasted!!!
