A fantastic restaurant and one of Cork's finest. Went there a while back for a family celebration and the staff were so friendly but professional too. There's a great atmosphere with jazz music playing and it's in a lovely location. The food is exquisite and there's a fantastic even attention to detail in there. The wine was beautiful and was from some small place in Spain. Then the food is just beautiful and so different too it's refreshing. I would highly recommend anyone to go here.

Ya this is a great place for a bit of a good old dirty feed. They do a grand old breakfast and lovely greasy home made chips. The dinners are quite nice there too and it's good value for money. The staff are down to earth "old ladies" and there's always a good old friendly atmosphere. If you're just looking for a good old feed I'd recommend it.

Boojum
Millennium Walkway, Dublin 1, City Centre North, Italian Quarter, Dublin

Basically the best burrito you'll ever eat. The veg burrito's great and for meaty's the beef burrito's top notch. Perfect price at €6/7 and nice beers and non-alcoholic drinks, the ginger beer being one of my favourites. All the nicest spicy salsa's too, and great place to eat.

Tribes Coffee Shop
8 Tuckey Street, Cork City, Cork

Lovely little cafe to kick back in. One of the only late night alternatives to the pub in Cork. The hot chocolate's great and they've nice sweet things there. It is a bit pricey for what you're getting but it is a nice place to go and just kick back.

Prime @ Clancys
15-16 Princes st Cork, Cork City, Cork

The food here is always quite nice I think. Not a steak expert but always thought they were really tasty. Often pop in for the 7 before 7 deal where you get a steak and chips with pepper or garlic sauce for €7 before 7pm. For the price it's fantastic and the service is always quite good so if you're looking for some nice grub check it out.

Wagamama (Cork)

Excellent. Consistently good and the service there is always fantastic. One can see why they are so popular all over.

Eastern Tandoori (Cork)
1/2 Emmet Place, Cork City, Cork

I've have been to the Eastern Tandoori several times and thought it was very good all over. However the last time I was there to avail of the Early Bird with a friend and the waiter was very rude I thought. Starters and the main course were served together and the waiter several times came down and stared at us more or less to leave despite the fact there were very few people in the restaurant at all. While I was a very big fan before I have not returned since as regardless of what you are in to get service should be consistent.

The East Village Bar Restaurant and Hotel
East Village, Douglas, Cork

It's been a little while since I've been now but the burgers here are lovely and anyone whom I've gone here with has thoroughly enjoyed it.
