Love this restaurant. Went on Saturday night with my husband and the food was great. Starter was mushrooms in tomato sauce with crispy polenta. The Polenta was light and fluffy inside and beautifully crisp on the outside. The Tomato sauce around the mushrooms had bags of flavour. My husband had a salad starter of mixed leaves, warm bacon and toasted walnuts in a balsamic dressing. He would have had more of this. We both had the steak which was a little over cooked for our taste but was fantastic non the less (asked for medium and we got well done). The wine was fabulous aswell. I would recommend The Gorment Austrailan white. Lovely and crisp and went really well with the food. Overall we are really looking forward to going back again.

Rustic Stone
South George's Street, Dublin, City Centre South, Dublin

Have to say I would not be in a hurry back to the Rustic Stone. The waiteress service was very lacking in normal standards. We had to request for the table to be cleared after the last couple there and we were not asked if we would like drinks. We had to request water as this was not provided. The burger was ok the same as you would get in any burger place. The steak was good but it is very hard for it not to be when you are cooking it yourself on a stone. The sides were not great as they were very small in size and lacking in freshness and taste. Dont think I would be in a hurry to go back and would not be recommending it to friends :(

Il Corvo Restaurant
98-100 Upper Drumcondra Road, Dublin 9 , Drumcondra, Dublin

I went here for a sunday lunch. I have to say I was very surprised with how fantastic the food was. I have a starter of Ceaser Salad which was beautiful, the salad was lovely and crisp and the sauce was just perfect. For mains I had the lamb shank. The lamb was succulent and melt in the mouth with plenty of sides. The Panna Cotta dessert was perfect. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anybody for a sunday lunch!!
