Reviewed 21st January 2015 ( visited 15th December 2014 )Fabulous food! We had four tapas between 2 and we had plenty. The beers are tasty, and well presented. The decor is absolutely incredible, and such a beautiful atmosphere. I absolutely adore the style. The waiter was friendly and charming. Will return as soon as I can. I love the place.
Kennedys Food Store restaurant
5 Fairview Strand, Fairview, Dublin, Area Code: Dublin 3
Reviewed 14th November 2014 ( visited 17th September 2014 )I went here for tapas. Unfortunately it was quiet which is a shame as the food was good but the atmosphere was lessened. The tapas is great value and the portions are sizeable. I've been here for lunch and they do the most fabulous homemade sausage rolls. The service was impeccable and the staff very attentive. A gem for breakfast in fair view.
60 Dame Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin
When I arrived after my friend no waiter came to me or greeted me or even offered me a menu. Waiter/waitresses aren't attentive at all. Food is good, but over priced, with drinks hugely overpriced. It isnt very comfortable, quite dark, and hard to hear your company speak. Not overly keen, but tasty food.
Milano (Temple Bar)
19 East Essex Street, Dublin 2, City Centre, Temple Bar, Dublin
Went here with my sisters, I had the american pizza and the vanilla cheesecake. The food was excellent value especially since we had a 40% voucher off. The food was rather prompt and the waiter attentive. Enjoyed the few hours. Do good Chiraz wine by the glass.
66/67 Great South Georges Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin
We were greeted by a waitress who was incredibly friendly, attentive and personable. I had the loin of duck on a pea and asparagus risotto on the swift lunch menu. It was incredibly filling with huge portions. The decor is classy and comfortable and you are made feel relaxed there. The food is splendid and superb value. will definetly be back.
Martines Restaurant & Wine Bar
21 Quay Street, Galway, Galway City, Galway
Went here for a girls dinner night over Christmas who we couldn't find anywhere open. I was surprised I had never thought of going before. We were seated in the back, where the atmosphere was cosy and warm. The waiter was attentive, but not overly so. I had the fish which was cooked to perfection and I ate every morsel so quickly, so tasty was it. A friend had the duck which was out of this world. I had the creme brûlée which was fabulous and all persons at my table were jealous. My sister had the baked Alaska which wasn't as impressive as we had hoped and was consisting of separate items out together. The meal was the all night early bird which is absolutely fantastic value. I had a white wine by huge glass which was such a beautiful refreshing wine, I'm sorry I didn't note the name. Will certainly be back. It's a wonderful choice for a quite date night or a larger group too. Ask fora table in the back as the atmosphere is so cosy. Definitely worth trying, and I will be back, as soon as the opportunity arises to avail of the all night early bird!
43A Thomas Street, Limerick City, Limerick
Wonderful spot so close to town. Incredible lasagne and good value. A little Italian gem. Beautiful feel inside.
O'Connell Street, Limerick, Limerick City, Limerick
Been here several times. After waiting for a long time to get our food, it came out cold. I was so hungry I didn't complain but should have. Otherwise the food was reasonable, not fabulous but with no specific complaints. Good for a young crowd as it's trendy and tasteful in decor. The restaurant definitely needs to heat it's plates and serve food hot but other than that is doing a good job, where there are few restaurants nearby!
The Greenroom Restaurant at Seafield Hotel & Spa Resort
Ballymoney, Ballymoney Wexford, Wexford
Spent 2 nights here, and it was simply wonderful. The restaurant is to die for- the food is reasonable and the atmosphere eclectic and romantic, with the most beautiful decor. If the restaurant is overbooked the Italian on ground is wonderful too, but the restaurant is the real treat ! Dying to go back! The breakfasts are amazing too!
3-5 Exchequer Street, City Centre South, Dublin
Went here for a special treat. It was wonderful. They do fabulous "key lime" cocktails, a special treat! The atmosphere is classy and special. The decor is pared back which adds a sort of sophistication.

Blanchardstown Centre, Dublin 15, Blanchardstown, Dublin
Went during the day so the place was empty and lacking in atmosphere. Food is tasty. Feel the lunch menu could offer better value for money. Friendly service.
Independent Pizza Co
28 Drumcondra Rd Lower, Dublin 9, Drumcondra, Dublin
Nice pizzeria. Tasty and good choice on the menu. Wines by the glass are great, with a pleasant atmosphere in the place generally. Reasonable value. Would go back.
1A Carlingford Road, Drumcondra, Drumcondra, Dublin
We dine here regularly and it's such a treat. The crepes both sweet and savoury are wonderful, and huge portions. Coffee and cakes are great, and again big big portions. One fault I find is I feel the prices should offer some cheaper alternatives, for example apple pie is €5 which is delicious but could be cheaper. The decor and atmosphere is beautiful and candle lit. Always a treat to go, with lovely wines by the glass too. A gem in drumcondra,
4 St Aidans Park Road, Marino, Dublin
Had breakfast here and was disappointed. Sat outside which was uncomfortable, with poor seating and decor generally. Overall food was okay, and good for a quick stop. Quite charming from the outside. Seems to have a loyal following which speaks volumes.
Captain America's Cookhouse And Bar
44 Grafton Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin
Went here for a friends home coming . Place is exceptionally loud and lacking In charm. Got a seat under the stairs, which was right beside the kitchen. Got a cocktail, which was clearly pure juice, with little to no alcohol whatsoever. Food was poor , like a diner. Won't return certainly. Very much geared towards college students, which I am one myself, but dislike the place. Good value for money, but expect poor drinks, and noise. Waiter was charming and informal.
Canal Bank Cafe
146 Upper Leeson Street, Dublin 4, Ballsbridge, Dublin
We went here for a pre christmas dinner. 20 minutes before arriving we were called to say that our table was delayed and that we would have to wait. We were advised to go across the road and wait. No free drinks was provided which I felt could have been. We got a nice seat in the back, but the noise level in the restaurant was atrocious, we had to raise our voices to be heard which wasn't conducive to a very relaxing atmosphere. I ate the burger which I must remark was tasty and well presented, and everyone seemed pleases with their food. My friends drank cocktails which they remarked were delicious. The wine was alright, would be unlikely to order it again. When the bill arrived despite numerous calculations, we failed to find a sources for an additional €20 which none of the party could account for in their personal tally. This caused a delay in our leaving and some friction, with the waiter waiting on us. The bathrooms were absolutely Baltic and quite uncomfortable as a result. The decor in the bathrooms needs improving. I would be reluctant to return given it's location, which is not walking distance late at night into the city after your meal. As a result I would be very unlikely to return as it proves a nuisance to get back into town. I believe their chicken wings are fabulous, although I didn't try them. Overall, it would suit if you were in the area, although if not, I wouldn't return. Reasonable value for money, but I'd request a quiet table, so you can enjoy your meal.
Oslo Microbrewery & Gastro Bar

Amazing value, amazing food and so delicious and fresh. Should go more often. The oysters are very good.
Cross Street, Galway City, Galway
Food is delicious, good standard pub grub and Kirby's restaurant is nice. Could do with an updated decor though, it feels dated. Service is good and food is tasty
Cactus Jacks Galway
Courthouse Lane, Galway City, Galway
Food is good, decor and atmosphere pleasant. Full of young happy people.
Middle Street, Galway City, Galway
Food is tasty , but it's always very over crowded and you can barely hear your own conversations with the noise. Something to absorb the sound is necessary
Padraicin's Restaurant & Bar
Furbo, Furbo, Galway
Beautiful views and old style feel. Food could be better and the ante could be upped. Chowder is tasty but sandwiches could be more exciting. Decor needs an update too
Cookes Restaurant & Wine Bar
28 Upr Abbeygate Street, Galway City, Galway
Enjoyable experience. Beautiful decor and tasty food. Nice for a family dinner or occasion
45 South William Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin
Went here for early bird on a Friday night. The place was buzzing even at 6. It's great value with the bring your own option which we chose. I had the harira soup which was beautiful. The chicken skewers were delicious too. I can't reccommend the lemon marinated with potatoes, it was the most succulent moist meat I have ever tasted, I ate every morsel . The staff were pleasant and helpful with a sense of humour. The service was brilliant and we weren't waiting long on food at all. The atmosphere was brilliant very authentic and a beautiful treat. Will be recommending it to others, and will certainly be back.
South William St., Dublin , South William Street, Dublin
Was here on a weekend, the food was good but was ruined by the level of noise in the restaurant.. there was live music, but the noise of the restaurant combined with the music was distracting. the food was enjoyable, but the atmosphere over rode the whole experience. Would be reluctant to go back.
52 Dawson Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin
Good for a quick lunch. Their salads are good and big sized portions. Nice European feel to the place with great Coffee. Decor is appealling aswell.
369 Clontarf Road, Dublin 3, Clontarf, Dublin
Absolutely love bay. Their salads are gorgeous and their desserts a beautiful finish to a meal. Its not badly priced for what you get, but some special offers for two courses would be a welcome addition.Service is always faultless, and the person on the till was particularly friendly and made me laugh on my last visit. always look forward to going back, its a treat!
1 St Andrews Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin
Went here early for pre-theatre. The food was absolutely delicious- wonderful tapas. The staff were exceptionally helpful and were busy running around. It was busy when we arrived so we were seated at a type of bar stool and table by the window, whereas I would have prefered a regular table as I was frozen right beside the window, and I felt the particular seat lacked atmosphere as it was a type of corridor adjacent to the bar. That said the meal was beautiful, with well priced wines and very reasonable overall. would go back.
Wrights Findlater Howth Restaurant
Findlater House, North Co. Dublin, Howth, Dublin
Beautiful place for a Sunday lunch. Food was delicious and wines are well priced. Lovely atmosphere and staff extremely attentive. Would definetely return when in Howth
Kai cafe and restaurant

Exquisite food. Their lunchtime soups are incredible, their butternut squash and coconut is beautiful. Wonderful atmosphere and deco is beautiful too. Love it.
Ristorante Da Roberta
161 Upper Salthill, Salthill, Salthill, Galway
Went here with my boyfriend and it was very busy. We got a table outside and we waited 25 minutes to even be given a menu. Afterwards we waited another 15 minutes for her to come back, and even at that that involved us flagging her to get orders. We waited over an hour then for our food to arrive, and when it did it was cold. The new look is lovely though, and reasonable value. I believe the food is good, although was unimpressed by cold pizza. Staff weren't particularly apologetic when informed of how long we had been waiting for. Would return on a weekday evening or off peak time.
