Beautiful food excellent service and reasonably priced. Overall it was an excellent dining experience. They have a brilliant menu maybe even a little too much on it, it was really hard to choose what to eat everthing sounded good! which I had so say I was quite surprised as I'm not a lover of pasta I didn't think I would have too much choice. They have excellent specials with a wide variety of very fresh dishes on offer. They also serve peroni Italian beer that is really lovelyCuisine:

In general this is a really nice restraunt. It has a few draw backs though. You can only prebook a table for 6 or more people which can be annoying if you want to go for a nice meal for two. For smaller no's it is on a first come first served basis so can end up waiting quite a while for a table at busy times. The restaurant itself is very well done in a tex mex theme. It is quite family friendly. The portions are large so go hungry. Unfortunately it can be a little hit or miss depending on the chef, one in particular likes everything with a little extra spices. All in all though it makes for a good night out

I have to say I was very pleasently surprised when I revisited Springstens again recently!! I had had one or two not so great experiences here before and was reluctant to back again but friends of mine really wanted to go, and I'm glad I did. They have made a few nice new tasty additions to the menu & everything was served hot!! Which had been the problem before also I had found the sauces on the main courses in particular a little too rich & heavy but not this time. I was very impressed this time and am looking forward to go back again soon. The restaurant is a relaxed casual dining restaurant offering good filling meals at reasonable prices.

We would have eaten here quite regularly in past really enjoying the atmosphere, food and service all being out on their own. But of late we find we go less and less. lately we have been finding that we're being rushed through our meal in order to get the table free to get somebody else in. There is very little time given between the courses. Also the food seems to be getting spicer & spicer The prices seem to be (as with everything else these days) increasing which coupled together with everything else makes us feel less like going. It seems as though the managment have built up a very sucessful & popular restaurant & lately seem to be sitting back and resting on their laurels & letting things slip a little
