Toddys Bar & Brasserie @ Riu Plaza The Gresham Hotel
O'Connell Street, City Centre North, Dublin

Group of 5 friends, we decided to try the newly refurbished Toddy's and what a joy! There was lots of room and no wait for a table. The food is excellent and the service was 1st class, very attentive. I would highly recommend Toddy's as a venue for a meal or just a quiet drink with some friends. We will be back soon.

Cosmo
R5 Victoria Square, Belfast, Antrim

This was our second visit to Cosmo. Celebrating a family event and the 3rd member of our party had not been before. The food is very nice, lots of variety and international favourites. The only issue I have with this restaurant is that the food areas are not checked very often and hence the serving spoons and tongs tend to get very grubby while so many people are using them, We were dining at 12.45 and there were not too many people so the staff could have been more attentive to the food areas. AS it is an "Eat all you like" restaurant it suits all types of diners and accommodates well behaved children.

The Green Hen
33 Exchequer street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Party of 5 friends. we had the early bird menu. The waiter very politely asked if any of the party had allergies and explained that some of the food was spicy. The food was beautiful and the service excellent. The only issue was that the lighting upstairs was VERY dark and it was actually hard to see the food on the plates. We have been before and probably will revisit.

Ragazzi Italian Ristorante
109 Coliemore Road, South Co. Dublin, Dalkey, Dublin

Party of 3 on our 1st visit to this restaurant. The food was nice and quite authentic Italian. The food was served well and was good value. The pizza are quite large but the pasta dishes were quite small. The decor is much too dark and the music VERY loud. As we had no reservation we were accommodated upstairs which although pleasant was very cold. A pleasant experience overall.

The Winding Stair Restaurant
40 Lower Ormond Quay, Dublin 1 , City Centre North, Dublin

Party of 5, we had been advised when my friend was making the booking that we would have to leave the table by 8pm - not a problem as food was served in adequate time.1 of the party had Steak which was beautiful, served with chips. The other 4 had Plaice, served with cucumber and potatoes which were 3 tiny pieces of fried potato. There was simply not enough in the main course for the cost. We did mention our comments to the waiter when he asked. Not sure if we can consider this restaurant as a venue again.

Le Bon Crubeen
81-82 Talbot Street, Dublin 1, City Centre North, Dublin

Party of 3 - friends out for an early bird meal. Food was beautiful. The starter of Char grilled Peach and Feta salad was so unusual and very tasty. We all chose Traditional fish & chips, one person had salad instead of the chips, not a problem and lovely variety in the salad. Coffee to finish. Highly recommend this restaurant and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

McGoverns Malahide

Party of 2, birthday lunch. Food as always was very tasty. We had the burger and a duck salad. Excellent staff, lovely location. One of the most popular restaurants in Malahide.

That's Amore - Malahide
12 Townyard Lane, North Co. Dublin, Malahide, Dublin

Party of 16 celebrating a birthday event. The meal was most enjoyable, the staff could not have been more helpful, no request was a problem. My favourite place to eat in Malahide. Authentic Italian food, beautifully prepared and served. The Italian staff here are so pleasant.

Boulevard Cafe
27 Exchequer Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin

Party of 4, I had a voucher to use. I would normally recommend any night here but unfortunately this Saturday night, there was a hen party in for a meal. They were so loud you could not hear yourself speak, not Fintan & staff's fault. The service and food were excellent as usual. A very popular restaurant.

That's Amore - Malahide
12 Townyard Lane, North Co. Dublin, Malahide, Dublin

Party of 4 for early lunch, 3 had never been here before. Most enjoyable. We had omlette & salad, and 3 toasted sandwiches & coffee. Staff are so friendly and helpful. One of my favourite places to dine in Malahide.

profile_review

Boulevard Cafe
27 Exchequer Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin

Party of 7 here to celebrate an event. One of our party is coeliac but this caused no issue at all. Staff are very attentive and despite being a Thursday night and the restaurant very busy, there was no delay in the service. Two other parties were celebrating birthdays and the staff played special music and made a great atmosphere even better. Congrats to Fintan and the staff for a great night. The only downside is that sitting near the door can be quite chilly.

Silks Chinese Restaurant
5 The Mall , Co. Dublin, Malahide, Dublin

I had heard that this restaurant had recently re-opened so as we had dined here a number of years ago and were out with family I thought we would try again. We booked a table for 6pm. We were the only guests there and they were still hoovering up the remains of the Christmas tree. The atmosphere was non existant. No heating, extremely bad lighting and had to use our phones to read the menu. When the food did finally arrive it was ok. The waiter was very pleasant but when the manager came over his demeanor indicated that he was not interested in the customers. I would certainly not recommend this restaurant. It was nice maybe 10/15 years ago but not now.

Coast Restaurant @ The Grand Hotel
The Grand Hotel Malahide, Coast Road, Malahide, Malahide, Dublin

Company outing - party of 23. Setting is beautiful. Menu limited but beautiful food. We all had the 2 course/3 course option. Staff very prompt with order and the management were very attentive. General consensus was a lovely meal in a lovely setting.

profile_review

Siam Thai (Malahide)
1 The Green, North Dublin, Malahide, Dublin

Party of around 20. Food was beautiful. Service very good despite being a very busy evening. Big problem was the lack of lighting - we had to use the lights on our phones to read the menu!! Then lighting for the meal was appalling as the chandelier over our heads was not lit at all. Popular spot but they will have to try harder to keep customers.

profile_review

Boulevard Cafe
27 Exchequer Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin

Party of 4.Celebrating a special birthday. The food was great, the staff are wonderful & the location is perfect for a meal as you do not feel you are right in the city centre although it is a short walk from the bus stop on Dame Street. Fintan & the team run a great restaurant.

profile_review

Seabank Bistro
Coast Road, North Co. Dublin, Malahide, Dublin

Party of 2, only 6 other people in the Restaurant and the service was extremely slow. The Manager was very attentive to the clients he already knew. The beef and lamb were excellently cooked, the chef is very competent and the server very polite. However there are too many tables, very dark inside, no atmosphere and overall it is very bad value. The restaurant, seems to thrive on the description as they call it a Bistro. I certainly would not recommend it as there are many much nicer places to dine in this beautiful village of Malahide.

profile_review

Buswells Hotel
Buswells Hotel, Molesworth Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Went with a very good friend of mine - usual carvery food - nothing special. Salad was very tasty. Ham sandwich as requested - special diet requirements for one person. A bit over-rated.

profile_review

Writers Lounge
The Gresham Hotel, O'Connell St, Dublin

This is a beautiful relaxing place for a long lazy lunch. Party of 3, one of whom had not been before. Very enjoyable, waitress remembered one of our party and was very pleasant and attentive. Lovely view of O'Connell Street. Burger, Fish and Salad - all to be recommended.

profile_review

KC Peaches St Stephens Green
35-37 St Stephens Green, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin

A great place to go after work. Nice atmosphere and great food. Some though can seem to have been there under the lights for quite a while so seems a bit dry. The music is also very loud and hard to hold a conversation if you are sitting under the speakers. Great staff, very friendly.

profile_review

McGoverns Malahide
The diamond, Main Street , North Co. Dublin, Malahide, Dublin

Party of 2 - called in without a booking for lunch. Although they were quite busy there was no problem getting a table. As usual the service were very attentive. We both had the Aussie burger and skinny chips. The food was beautiful, a very large portion, almost suitable for 2 :). I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. It is one of the best in Malahide.

profile_review

That's Amore - Malahide
12 Townyard Lane, North Co. Dublin, Malahide, Dublin

Party of 2 - both had the small Irish breakfast - beautifully prepared. A small restaurant but really popular with the local people. Staff seem to change frequently but all are very helpful. Lovely for a brunch.

profile_review

PHX Bistro
12 Ellis Quay, Ellis House, Smithfield, Dublin 7, City Centre North, Dublin

Meeting with some friends - 1st time here. Really great offers - 3 course for €23.95. Beautiful food, great service, suitable to vegetarian options. Handy for the Luas back to City Centre. A great find.

profile_review

Writers Lounge
The Gresham Hotel, O'Connell St, Dublin

One of my favourite places to eat when meeting friends in the city centre. We both had the Gresham burger which was served with a lovely salad. Staff are very attentive and you do not feel rushed. Great food. Great service.

profile_review

Little Caesars Pizza (City Centre)
5 Balfe Street, Near Westbury Hotel, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Very busy night but service was still very good. A bit pricey for the size of the portions. Still a very authentic Italian restaurant and a great location for a meal.

profile_review

Milano (Dawson Street)
38 Dawson Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin

Party of 3 - we had a lovely meal, great staff, very helpful. Pizzas are the best in Dublin! A great option for dining on the South side of the city and location is near the shopping centre. Will be back as soon as possible.

profile_review

Cafe Provence
1 Church Road, Malahide, Dublin

Two persons on a very wet day!! Both had the 3 egg omlette, one with soda bread, the other with toast. Both very tasty. A busy place but service was good. No milk on the table & we had to ask for condiments. There could be less tables as the place feels very cramped and there is not much room between the tables. Nice for a quick meal but you would not spend too much time here.

profile_review

Siam Thai (Malahide)
1 The Green, North Dublin, Malahide, Dublin

Celebrating a family event - party of 3 - had the early-bird @ 6pm. The table we were given was a great location as there was good light overhead. Although it was Halloween they were not too busy. We had the honey crumbed prawns, dim sum & crispy wan ton - all of which were very tasty. The Duck with pineapple and the pad thai were delicious. The curry was rather spicy. Quite expensive but worth it for a special celebration. Loyalty card is also an advantage.

profile_review

Seabank Bistro
Coast Road, North Co. Dublin, Malahide, Dublin

Some friends & I tried the early bird menu - none of us had been before. Despite it not being a cold night the restaurant was quite cold. There are too many tables and the service is slow. The food was nice, portions are quite small and nothing special for the price. It would not be one on my list to return to in a hurry.

profile_review

Nandos Swords
Swords Pavilions, Swords, Dublin

A nice restaurant but very dimly lit. Cannot see the food on your plate easily. A busy place as it is in the shopping centre and always popular. The food is very nice but extremely pricey, not good value. A nice treat on the occasional visit to Swords.

profile_review

Gotham Cafe
8 South Anne Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Party of 3 celebrating a birthday. We had never been here before but it is to be recommended. The Garlic Roasted Tiger Prawns were gorgeous. Penne with crumbled sausage was tasty. The Gotham Hamburger was very nice. The only food that was not appealing was the french fries as the skins had not been removed from the potatoes and it was very indigestible. Allover though a very enjoyable experience.

profile_review

Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK Swords)
Pavillion Shopping Centre, Malahide Road, Swords, Dublin

Party of 3 for a late lunch. The waitress advised us to "just sit anywhere" after which it took her 5 minutes to come and offer us menus. She came back in a while and took the order. There were 4 other diners in the restaurant and it still took 20 minutes for our meal to be served. The burger without the bun used to come with delicious salad, it was now mostly green leaves and 2 cherry tomatoes and 2 slices of red onion. The staff seemed very unhappy and disinterested in the job. We will not be rushing back here! It is also become very expensive.

profile_review

Siam Thai (Malahide)
1 The Green, North Dublin, Malahide, Dublin

We went here to celebrate a family birthday. Party of 3. Two of the party had the giant prawn to start which was very tough and tasted burned. The main course of duck with pineapple was very tasty. 2 people had the duck flambé which they really enjoyed. The desserts are legendary! The only negative part of our visit was that although there were a few spare tables - visit circa 4:30pm on a Sunday - the service was extremely slow. The early bird menu is quite good value.

profile_review

The Queens Bar & Steakroom
12 Castle Street, Dalkey, Dalkey, Dublin

Beautiful weather, surroundings and food, what more could you want? Still one of my favourite places to eat in Dalkey TOWN. The fish was delicious and the desserts are beautiful. As a former resident I know exactly where is genuine and this restaurant would be hard to beat.

profile_review

That's Amore - Malahide
12 Townyard Lane, North Co. Dublin, Malahide, Dublin

We had Fish & Chips and one of the daily specials. Also an Amore Smoothie which was delicious. The main course food is very tasty however I feel a little overpriced. The chips were not up to their usual standard. Nice restaurant for a snack.

profile_review

Harrys on the Green
2 King St South, City Centre South, Dublin

Popped in for a quick meal with a friend. The place was buzzing. We were offered a table immediately @ 6pm and advised very politely that the table was booked for 7pm. This was no problem. Our food, Tiger Prawn Linguini and Chicken Dippers arrived in no time. The portions were very large and great value. The staff are very attentive and very pleasant and appear to all enjoy their jobs. A place I will certainly recommend to others.

profile_review

Milano (Clarion Quay)
Unit 6, Excise Walk, Clarion Quay, Dublin 1, City Centre, IFSC, Dublin

Party of 3, one had Risotto Fresco & Pollo Pesto which were both delicious. We also had Leggera Padana & Romana Carbonara. The food was lovely. The main problem was that, although there were many tables free in the restaurant, we were seated near the windows overlooking the Quays. This area is beside where some families with young children, who were very badly behaved, were seated. The children were allowed to run around and could easily have caused the waiters to have an accident while carrying the food. Therefore this area needs to be cordoned off completely for families. Also other diners should be informed that this area is unsupervised and VERY NOISY. Apparently this is a usual occurance when families dine here.

profile_review

YO Sushi Clarendon St
Brown Thomas, Clarendon St, Dublin , City Centre South, Dublin

One of my favourite restaurants for a lunch treat. The 3 plates for €10 is good value as it includes unlimited refills of Miso soup which is delicious. We both had one of these offers and shared the various plates. The food is delicious and the staff are very pleasant and attentive. The only problem was there did not seem to be any air conditioning on and it was extremely uncomfortable. Well worth a visit if you like Japanese food.

profile_review

The Queens Bar & Steakroom
12 Castle Street, Dalkey, Dalkey, Dublin

Met with 2 friends home from England- all former residents of Dalkey. This was and still is one of our favourite restaurants in Dalkey. The scampi and fries and the desserts were beautiful. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. A long standing restaurant in Dalkey TOWN. Would recommend to anyone looking for a meal or just a coffee or quiet drink.

profile_review

Bar Italia
26 Blooms Lane , Lower Ormond Quay, City Centre North, Italian Quarter, Dublin

Party of 4, this was our first visit to this restaurant and what a joy!. It was recommended to us by an Italian friend who said it was the most authentic Italian in Dublin. We had Tagliatelle Verdi and two pizza. The food was absolutely beautiful and the waiter explained the menu very well. The desserts would be well advised, they are delicious. We shall certainly make a return visit soon.

profile_review

Writers Lounge
The Gresham Hotel, O'Connell St, Dublin

Party of 3, one of whom had never dined here before. We had the Gresham burger, a lamb dish and scones. The waiter was very attentive and could not have been more helpful. The atmosphere is lovely here and you would not think you were in the city centre. Certainly a location to be recommended.

profile_review

Cafe Provence
1 Church Road, Malahide, Dublin

Glad to see the place has been decorated and brightened up since I last ate here almost a year ago. Too many tables cause an uneasy feeling if you had to vacate due to an emergency. Plenty of tables available for the two of us. The service was good, the scrambled egg and ommlette were quite tasty & the soda bread is traditional. Quite pleasant for lunch.

profile_review

The Grand Central Cafe Bar
O'Connell Street, O'Connell St, Dublin

My friend was over from London & having had a meal here last year I felt it would be nice for lunch - oh my were we disappointed!! The whole atmosphere is now very dark & depressing. Very bad lighting - unable to read the menu. There appears to be quite a rapid turn around of staff. When the waitress came over she mentioned the specials - one each day and the same every week. We had the special of the day - bangers and mash. Very spicy sausage and soggy mash smothered in gravy. The lasagne was tasty and the bruscetta was just ok. I would not be returning here and I would not recommend it.

profile_review

37 Dawson Street
37 Dawson Street, Dawson Street, Dublin

Had an hour to spare and called in for coffee. One of our party had the Red Velvet cake which was so tasty. The coffee is THE best in Dublin. One of my favourite places to visit as the eclectic design of 37 is unique and the staff are all so friendly. I especially like that the time on all the clocks is set to 37 (3&7) so many little style quirks to see !!!

profile_review

That's Amore - Malahide
12 Townyard Lane, North Co. Dublin, Malahide, Dublin

This is one of the nicest places in Malahide to eat, varied menu and excellent service. Authentic Italian cuisine and any alterations to menu are never a problem. The regular staff are all very friendly. The small Irish breakfast is one of the best value on the menu. The bruscetta is however overpriced for what you get.

profile_review

Xico
43 LOWER BAGGOT ST, City Centre South, Dublin

We know XICO as a bar and nightclub and it is one of the trendiest to emerge in Dublin in recent times. While in the city today we decided to have lunch here and it was a great experience. It is downstairs and appears dark and uninviting - not the case at all ! The venue has been designed and decorated in the authentic Mexican tradition. We had a Pollo Adobo Taquitos and Perro Sucio. Beautiful food. Aoife, our waitress was very friendly and the service was excellent. A great new find on the South Side.

profile_review

Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK Swords)
Pavillion Shopping Centre, Malahide Road, Swords, Dublin

Party of 3 - went for a late lunch - 3:30pm. There was a childrens birthday party but this did not impact as the waiter advised us to sit on the opposite side of the restaurant and seated us a table for 4. On this occasion we all had the avocado and bacon burger, 2 beef and 1 chicken. Although there was a 20 minute delay with our order, it was understandable due to the birthday party. The manager called over twice to check if all was ok which was appreciated. Overall a much better experience than my last visit.

profile_review

McGoverns Malahide
The diamond, Main Street , North Co. Dublin, Malahide, Dublin

Had lunch, lovely crispy duck salad. It was very quiet and lots of room today. Good value for money and the salad was very tasty.

profile_review

McGoverns Malahide
The diamond, Main Street , North Co. Dublin, Malahide, Dublin

A friend & I came for a meal without a booking - there was no problem and we did not feel in any way rushed. We had the Italian burger and the BBQ burger which we both really enjoyed. It is one of the most popular places to eat in Malahide and I thoroughly recommend it.

profile_review

Siam Thai (Malahide)
1 The Green, North Dublin, Malahide, Dublin

In-laws home from abroad on their 1st visit. They thought the food was excellent - very varied menu. We had the yellow curry, pak choi and duck with pineapple. One of the best meals we have had here. The only negative comment is that, as the table was in the outside seating area and there is no way of keeping the sliding door closed it was rather draughty although a lovely sunny evening.

profile_review

Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK Swords)
Pavillion Shopping Centre, Malahide Road, Swords, Dublin

Party of 3 - celebrating Mother's Day. Usually this restaurant is to be recommended. On this occasion, although the restaurant was not very busy, the service was extremely slow. Restaurant was freezing. As a change from the beef burger selection, 2 of us chose the pulled pork burger, which was awful, not much meat and smothered in a very strong sauce. The other person had the pulled pork salad, which he thought was "ok". The only part of his meal he enjoyed was the strawberry milkshake! Not sure we will be rushing back here. Certainly not good value for a meal.

profile_review

Writers Lounge
The Gresham Hotel, O'Connell St, Dublin

I brought one of my friends here for a late lunch - she really enjoyed it & said she had not been aware of this gem right in the heart of the city. We will certainly return again. A lovely relaxed atmosphere where the staff are very attentive and the surroundings beautifully decorated.

profile_review

Boulevard Cafe
27 Exchequer Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin

3 friends & I dined here this evening on an early bird menu. As usual the food was beautiful. The waiters are so attentive and pleasant. As it was a Monday the restaurant was quiet enough. It is an ideal city centre location. I strongly recommend it to all diners.

profile_review

Writers Lounge
The Gresham Hotel, O'Connell St, Dublin

Party of 4, first visit for 2 of our friends. We were all very impressed with the food. The waitress who looked after us was a trainee, did not get her name, but she is credit to the Company and could not have been more helpful. We will certainly return and introduce more friends to this relaxed and beautiful dining experience.

That's Amore - Malahide

A lovely authentic Italian restaurant, friendly staff, good value and excellent service. Only problem is that when the restaurant is full it can be quite noisy due to being quite small.

profile_review

McGoverns Malahide
The diamond, Main Street , North Co. Dublin, Malahide, Dublin

We called in for lunch and although the restaurant was very busy, they accommodated us without a booking. As the portions are so big we had the bacon sandwich and fries between us. It is one of my favourite places to dine in Malahide and I strongly recommend it for dining at any time of day.

profile_review

Harrys on the Green
2 King St South, City Centre South, Dublin

8 of us went here to celebrate a birthday. What really makes this place is the friendly staff. The girl looking after us could not have been more attentive. The cocktails took a while to arrive, but as they are all freshly made, by a very competent barman, it was well worth the wait. A little expensive but great for a celebration. The atmosphere and surroundings are excellent. To be highly recommended.

Beautiful setting for a friendly chat and you do not feel under any pressure to hurry or leave the table early. Party of 2, we had the Burger & Chips and Fish & Chips. The food was beautifully presented and very tasty. The waiter was very attentive. Highly recommended.

The Yacht (Clontarf)
73 Clontarf Road, Clontarf, Dublin

A party of 3, we went for a meal at circa 6:pm. There were 4 unoccupied tables , all of which had not been cleared. We sat down at one on these and waited 10 minutes for a server to appear. She handed us the menus and came back shortly for our order. The meal took another 25 minutes to arrive. We ordered some water to drink. Three glasses arrived. When we asked for some more the server brought ONE glass of water! One of our party asked at the bar for a jug of water and was advised that they don't have any and he was given 3 pint glasses of water. The girl serving our table seemed to have no interest in her job and this was very evident. Not a place I would recommend at all as this was our 3rd visit and things have not yet improved.

profile_review

Weafer & Cooper
71 to 73 Glasthule Road, South Co. Dublin , Glasthule, Dublin

Had Sunday brunch here with a friend. We both had the Irish breakfast which was very tasty. No tea or coffee included in the price which I found unusual. The staff are very good and I would especially like to compliment the small dark haired waitress who was so pleasant and could not have been more helpful. The only problem I had was that the music was so loud we could hardly hear each other speaking. A nice restaurant in a beautiful area of South Dublin.

That's Amore - Malahide

Took a friend here for lunch today. The food is authentic Italian and the staff are excellent. The variety is great and they have different specials every day. Although it is a small restaurant, you never feel overcrowded. It is one of the most popular places in Malahide to eat and it is easy to see why.

Benito's

Three of us decided to try here on a friend's recommendation. The Seafood pasta was delicious. The Pizza was too big to finish! and the pork escalope was just divine. The deserts were also delicious. it is one of the nicest places to eat in Dalkey.

The Atrium Lounge
The Westin Hotel, College Green, Dublin, City Centre South, Dublin

My two friends & I opted for the Afternoon Tea - scones and tea. It was really delicious. The surroundings are beautiful, very comfortable couches and chairs or a table & higher chairs if you prefer. The staff are very attentive and pleasant. A great venue to recommend if you wish to chat without any loud music playing.

Summervilles of Greystones
1 Trafalgar Road, Greystones, Greystones, Wicklow

What a great find this restaurant is !! Two of us were out for lunch and while walking around the area came across this one. We had the full breakfast and poached egg on toasted sour dough, which was so tasty. The apple pie was "just like Mum used to make"! The only comment I have is that our tea was served a while before our food so had cooled a lot. No problem to the staff though, who provided hot water for the tea so everything was just fine. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Greystones. The locals use it a lot and everyone is so friendly.

profile_review

The Italian Connection
95 Talbot Street, City Centre North, Dublin

This is one of my favourite restaurants in Dublin. My friend was celebrating and I took her here for lunch. I had bruschetta and a spagetti dish. She had garlic bread and a pizza. Both meals from the lunch special €9.95 for 2 courses. My friend was very impressed and no doubt we will eat here again. The staff are so friendly and the restaurant is at ground level so access is easy.

Oscar Taylor Restaurant
Island View Hotel, Coast Road, North Co. Dublin, Malahide, Dublin

Decided to eat out for the Bank Holiday and tried the Carvery downstairs. There was the usual choice, turkey & ham, curry, stew, fish and the usual carrotts and cabbage. If you are lucky to get a table by a window you would enjoy the meal. But unfortunately, as the lighting in the entire bar and carvery area is VERY poor it is difficult to even see what you are eating. I believe this has been pointed out to the management by other diners but nothing has ever been done. I would not hurry back.

2 friends & I had an early bird meal which was enjoyable. There were not too many diners here for a Thursday evening. The decor in the restaurant is lovely. The only issue is that there is no wheelchair access. Still the restaurant is to be recommended.

Met a friend for lunch, it was her first visit and she thought the whole experience was great, lovely food, great service and value. I have eaten here on numerous occasions and would certainly recommend it to others. One of the best restaurants in Malahide.

We were a party of 5, celebrating a forthcoming wedding and another success. My friends were very impressed with the food, service and decor of the venue. We shall certainly return again. The bonus was having a Menupages voucher.

Cafe Provence

Two of us came for lunch. Nice location but restaurant is too crowded, when busy. Too many tables, impossible to move around restaurant easily. Some items on menu are overpriced but specials seemed popular with diners.

I have always enjoyed my visits here for both eat in and takeaway. Margaret & her staff are very professional and choice of product is excellent. The best "meeting place" in Dalkey !!!

I had a Menupages voucher which was used by some student friends of mine, on their 1st visit to this Restaurant. They were very impressed with the whole experience, food, service and atmosphere was excellent. The voucher was great value as they cannot normally afford to dine out in this type of venue !!!

Had breakfast here with some work colleagues, on this occasion we found the omelettes were oily and the fried food was greasy. Not up to their usual standard.

There was a party of 14 of us for a work celebration. We had the Early Bird Group menu which was very suitable as we had a coeliac and vegetarian included in our party. We have eaten here many times and have not been disappointed on any occasion. I have recommended this restaurant to friends and visitors to Ireland alike.

Homemade by Clodagh @ Arnotts
12 Henry Street, City Centre North, Dublin

I expected food in this upstairs restaurant to be an improvement on the awful dining experience we had in the self service one. I was bitterly disappointed. The burger I chose was obviously pre-cooked and kept warm. The meal for my friend & I was served o quickly that it could not possibly have been cooked fresh.
