I really think this is my favourite restaurant in Dublin. We had our team xmas party here for ten people and service and food were impeccable even though it was such a busy night and it was a set menu. I always have a great experience at Pichet and I would recommend it to anyone who hasn't visited before,

Angelina's
55 Percy Place, Ballsbridge, Dublin

Had a brunch for a colleague who was leaving work. cant recommend the place enough. Great New York vibe and the staff were great. Food and cocktails were amazing. Also bonus points for putting my friends name on the menus! A must for brunch.

Cleaver East By Oliver Dunne
6-8 East Essex Street, , Temple Bar, Dublin 2 , Temple Bar, Dublin

Had dinner here with two colleagues for the first time last night. Loved the décor, staff are really nice as was the food. I had the dumpling starter as did my two friends which was delicious but we all agreed that it the dish could have done with another dumpling (i:e 3 instead of 2) We then had the salmon, cannelloni and monkfish all of which were delicious. Service was good but I think the waiting staff only offered to top up our wine once during the night but it was a busy night. I will definitely return.

Brasserie Sixty6
66/67 Great South Georges Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin

Had a work team meal here. Had the prawns to start and cod for mains. We opted for the set meal menu so save time. Meal was great for everyone as was the service, staff are always very attentive and polite and great ambience. Always a good spot in Dublin. :)

Brasserie 7
The Capel Building, Capel Street, Dublin 1, City Centre North, Dublin

Lovely bright modern space within D1. Staff very attentive and helpful. I had the chilli prawns and avocado for starters and hake for mains, followed by chocolate dessert and cappuccino. Great meal and surroundings and lots of gluten free options also. I will be back!

FIRE Restaurant and Lounge
Mansion House, Dawson Street, Dublin 2, Dawson Street, Dublin

Went here for the first time this week and really loved it. Staff were very attentive and gave us a lovely private room just off the balcony area. I had the prawns to start , ravioli for mains and the lemon cake with raspberry sorbet for dessert. Really lovely meal. I plan to return!

Pacinos

Cant believe I haven't been here before. Very attentive staff and nice interior. I had the Seafood tagliatelle and glass of house red and both were very nice. Service was great also. Unfortunately their lobster ravioli was not available that night but hopefully next time!. :)

Chez Max (Palace Street)
1 Palace Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Been meaning to eat in here for ages as I have previously eaten at the Baggot St establishment. The heavy downpour of rain this week gave me an excuse to step in. I sat outside and the staff kindly put on the heating for me which was great and very warm despite the downpour. I had a glass of wine and the chicken supreme with pilau rice which was really tasty. Staff were very attentive and there was a really nice buzzy atmosphere in the restaurant. I will definitely return,

Koh
6-7 Jervis Street, Millennium Walkway, Dublin 1, City Centre, Italian Quarter, Dublin

Had a work team dinner here last night. They had reserved a lovely private area for us and service was great all night. I had the Vietnamese roll to start followed by the scallops and prawn dish with rice. For dessert I had the best cheesecake I have ever had with a cappuccino. Great night had by all. Definitely worth a visit if you haven't been there.

The Italian Corner
23/24 Wellington Quay, Dublin City Centre, Dublin 2, Temple Bar, Dublin

Brought a colleague here for a quick bite to eat. She had the pasta and I had the Calzone. Both were very nice and service was good. Only small thing wrong was that that my Calzone was a little bit burnt on the bottom of one side but wine, atmosphere and service were good and I will definitely return.

Zaragoza
South William St., Dublin , South William Street, Dublin

Went here last night and I cannot believe I haven't been before. Nice bright spacious restaurant and buzzy atmosphere. We ordered a jug of Sangria (costs €40 euro) and two tapas dishes each which were more than enough as portions were good. Food and Service was good and the only quibble I could make is that no one asked us during the meal if everything was alright or if we needed more water but overall a great night was had by all and I would definitely recommend especially for a girls night out although they do have a nice area at the side for private parties also. Do pay a visit!

Le Bon Crubeen
81-82 Talbot Street, Dublin 1, City Centre North, Dublin

Went here before seeing a play at the Abbey threatre. I had the Ravioli which was delicious and very filling and my friend had the "starter" of Mozzarella salad which for a started was really large and great value for money. Great atmosphere and staff are very attentive and friendly. Would really recommend.

The Hungry Monk
Church Road, Greystones, Greystones, Wicklow

Went her mid-week with some friends and really like it. I had the chicken wings to start and risotto for mains and my friends had the chicken curry for the mains. Wine and service were really good. Also loved the Gregorian chant music in the bathrooms! I cant wait for my next visit.

777
7 Castle House, South Great Georges Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Had my first visit here last week and enjoyed the experience. We arrived at 7pm and were told a table was not going to be available for 75 mins, they were exactly right! We both had the enchiladas and the pineapple cocktails (and then more cocktails again!) and both were really good. There is a great atmosphere and nice waiting staff although its very noisy so if you want a nice quiet meal I would not recomment it. Be careful with ordering the cocktails through as this can increase the bill quite significantly. :)

Crackbird
60 Dame Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Went her for a quick bite to eat and will definitely return. Love the Rhubard juice drink and the soy chicken was delicious. Even though it was really busy we were seated fairly soon after arriving and staff were really nice and efficient. It's always busy here so you may have to wait a few mins to be seated. I am looking forward to sampling more things from the menu on my next visit. :)

Salamanca
1 St Andrews Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

I went here for my first visit with my cousin and we both went for 3 taps each and two glasses of wine each and we really enjoyed it. I had the Calamari/Goats cheese and salad tapas and portions were perfect and tasty. Service was good and entire bill came to just 57 euro. Would recommend a visit.

Toscana City Centre
3 Cork Hill, Dame Street (opposite Dublin Castle), Dublin City Centre, Dublin 2, Temple Bar, Dublin

I went here with 2 friends and while the evening was pleasant overall I wouldnt rush back here. I had the garlic mushrooms to start with but I just felt the dish lacked something. I had the Pasta Amatriciana next but the portion was a little large even for a pasta dish and bacon slices were very thickly sliced. I had Tirimasu for dessert which was nice but was not the best Ive ever had. The service was very good however as was the atmosphere. Overall I would return but it would not be on my top ten of restaurants in Dublin.

China Sichuan
The Forum, Ballymoss Road, Dublin 18 , Sandyford, Dublin

Went here on Midweek for an early bird special and was not disappointed. I had the Duck spring rolls to start followed by the Prawns in Chilli and Soya - both good but my main dish was mouthwatering! Service and atmosphere were very good also. Always a busy restaurant even on a week night, Definitely worth a visit.

Pichet
14/15 Trinity Street, Dublin , City Centre South, Dublin

I brought a large goup here who were visiting for business and I could not fault this venue on any level. They arranged a fabulous and varied set menu and the seating arrangement was perfect for such a large group. Waiting staff very polite and efficient and the food was fantastic. I cant wait to go back.

Dada Restaurant
45 South William Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Went to Dada for an office xmas party. Set menu was good value at 22 euro per head. Starters were a selection of olives/pitta bread etc which were very tasty and we received generous portions. I had the Hake for main course which was very nice. For dessert they served ice cream and small pastries on platters which was good. It was my first visit and I would definitely recommend it.

Cortina’s Mexican Restaurant
The Pembroke District, Dundrum Town Centre, South Dublin, Dundrum, Dublin

I will never eat Tortillas from a bag again after the ones at Cortinas. Food was delicious, also had the fajitas with prawns and portions are great. Service wasnt bad but am definitely going back for a second visit.

My Thai
The Beacon Hotel, Beacon Court, Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin

This is my second visit and it still gets the thumbs up. I had the vegetable tempura to start with and steamed sea bass with ginger/soya sauce. Very nice! I think sometimes because of its location it gets overlooked but worth a visit.

Tante Zoes
1 Crow Street, Temple Bar, Temple Bar, Dublin

Went to this restaurant for a change from the usual Indian/Thai etc and was pleasantly surprised. Blackened chicken was delicious and I could have eaten another mud pie as it was so delicious. Decor is nice and noice atmosphere without been too noisy. Definitely worth a visit

Saba
26-28 Clarendon Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Love this restaurant. Great atmosphere, nice decor, not too noisy and food never fails to impress. I had the hoisin duck rolls to start and green monkfish curry for mains. Delicious! Its not the cheap and cheerful but always worth paying that little bit extra. I'll be back again and will try fit in dessert next time!

YO Sushi (Dundrum)
Level 1, Unit 26A, Dundrum Town Centre, Dublin 14, Dundrum, Dublin

I come to this place on a regular basis as I love the food and like the openness of the restaurant. I tend to have the prawn/rice dish which is about 5/6 euro and a green tea. Service is generally quite good.

Ananda
Dundrum Town Centre, Dublin 14, Dundrum, Dublin

This was my second time here and I cant really fault this indian restaurant. Food is great-on this occasion I had the Guinea Fowl for starters and duck for main course. For dessert I had a trio of ice creams. It is a little pricey but I still highly recommend it.

The Stillorgan Orchard
1 The Hill, Stillorgan, Stillorgan, Dublin

Went here with a friend for a bite to eat after work and was pleasantly surprised. Decor is very nice and the service staff efficient and friendly. Food was great and I would definitely recommend for after works drink and food.

Carluccio's Caffe
52 Dawson Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin

I brought a group from work here one night for a quick bite to eat and found the staff great. They allowed us to book a table in advance and even prepared a set menu offering a choice of 2 or 3 course menus. Restaurant is nice and bright and we enjoyed the food also, although next time I would like to have more time there and see the standard full menu. Good for a quick pasta dish before going out.
