This restaurant is a relaunch of a previous restaurant which I always found to be lacking mainly in service. Excited to see a new restaurant in its place & went along for dinner. The food was ok - too many shortcuts eg pre fried reheated chicken for the warm salad, tiramisu put together in its glass with stale sponge etc. But the service was spectacularly bad. We were left waiting 30 mins between courses & when I got up to look for staff (we were upstairs) none to be found. Our waiter barely grunted at us & we could not catch the eye of any other staff in case they had to do something. When I complained to one of the owner/managers on the way out I got little more than a shrug and a face. Incredible lack of professionalism. Never again. Food was passable but the chef is let down by (huge lack of) front of house.Cuisine:
