Ate here on Saturday evening with my other half. Had a deal for 2 'curries in a hurry'. The portion was huge, food was delicious, lovely mix of spices without being too hot. Staff all very friendly and attentive. It is very much a no frills place, more like an Indian fast food restaurant. Overall would highly recommend and will be back.

Rolys Cafe
7 Ballsbridge Terrace, Dublin 4, Ballsbridge, Dublin

The food was top notch, couldn't fault any of our 3 courses. All big portions and very tasty. We dined in the cafe part which lacked atmosphere and was quite cold. Would book the main restaurant for our next visit.

Fade Street Social - The GastroBar
4-6 Fade Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin

I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant after reading many positive reviews. We ordered off the tapas menu, plenty of choice. We shared the prawn tempura, Chinese style pork belly, mini goats cheese logs, crab toasties and skinny fries with parmesan and onion sauce. Each were delicious but, as entioned previously, very small portions for the price. Went up to the roof garden for cocktails afterwards which I would highly recommend. Overall, had a lovely evening with some very tasty food and cocktails. Will definitely be back!

La Ruelle
Joshua Lane, Dawson Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

The wine bar itself is lovely, relaxed atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff. The wine list is vast and caters for all. Our problem was with the tapas, it is extremely expensive for the portions. We had the tiger prawns (x6), Spanish croquettes (x4) and patatas bravas between two which were all very tasty but not filling at all. Would recommend for wine, but not for tapas if you're in any way hungry!

Ambala
11 Upper Camden Street, Dublin 2, Camden Street, Dublin

I ate here yesterday evening in a group of 4 people using the manupages voucher. It is very much a cafe, not a restaurant. However, the staff were lovely and very attentive, giving recommendations to a few of us who were overwhelmed by the extensive menu. When the food arrived there were no complaints from any of us, all very high standard dishes (starters and mains). Our only issue was we had to pay extra for our rice/naan, they weren't included on the voucher, which seems a bit ridiculous. Still, we all agreed we would return.

Szechuan Chinese Restaurant
Above Eden House Pub , Grange Road,, Rathfarnham, Dublin 16, Rathfarnham, Dublin

We went here for dinner with a menupages deal. The service was fantastic, very friendly, made sure everything was ok a number of times and topped up our water glasses regularly. I had pork ribs to start which unfortunately were very burnt, partner had fried dumplings that were lovely. For mains I had a fillet of beef curry that was delicious, as was the szechuan chicken my partner had. Although the food was lovely, it was very expensive so we were glad we had a voucher. I would go back but only with a 'deal'.

Tríocha
30 East Essex St, Temple Bar, Temple Bar, Dublin

The night we ate here there was a big group of guys who were ridiculously loud (banging on the tables at one point). The staff never asked them to keep it down, as a result myself and my partner had to shout across the table at eachother to have a conversation... not a good start. The food is ok. We both had chicken wings to start which were lovely. I had the ribeye steak that was over cooked, and my partner had the pork belly, the smallest portion I've ever seen but tasty all the same. Chips were really good, onion rings were straight from frozen. I ordered the lemon tart but then found out they had none left so just settled for ice-cream, we also got the brownie which was huge but dry. I won't be going back!
