This is place is great! It was our first time there and we ordered from the Dine in Dublin Menu. We all took the foie gras starter, the fruits and brioche were delicious. The girls had a steak as a main, which were nicely presented, and I had the cod with mash potatoes and lobster sauce. The sauce could have been a little bit tastier and the mash potatoes a bit creamier, but I suppose it's just a matter of taste. The desserts looked fantastic and were generous. I loved the presentation of the parfait on slate. The little touches such as bread (we were 3 French girls, so yes, just give us good bread and we're happy), pre starter and pre dessert really made the night. There is respectful space between each table, and the lighting is discreet, everything was perfect for us on that night. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing evening out with excellent food.

Worst service EVER! We went there on Saturday morning at around 11. The place was full but not packed,no one was queuing at the counter when we got there. After standing for 10 minutes in front of the sandwich area, my partner tried to order a wrap. The girl was quite rude and clearly inexperienced (she was obviously new as she was reading how to make a sandwich and was taking her time to do so). Everyone needs some training at any job, but being polite and helpful is implied for any customer facing job and does not need any qualification. In the meantime I ordered a tea, croissant and scone. I got the food straight away and the cashier told me to take a seat and that she would bring me the tea in a few minutes. My partner managed to order his wrap, ordered a cappucino ("I'll bring it to you in a few minutes") and joined me at the table downstairs. The wrap was brought to him fairly quickly, but we had to wait for 25 minutes before getting our drinks. 25 minutes for a mug with hot water and a tea bag! And again the place was not packed. My partner had to go upstairs twice to ask what was going on, and he finally brought the drinks downstairs himself. He was told that they were understaffed on that day. 3 ladies beside us experienced the same problems, and decided to ask for a refund and left. It could have been a good breakfast experience, but I am afraid that the service and the lack of professionalism really ruined it. We went to that place on purpose as I really wanted to try it (looked great from outside) so maybe my expectations were too high. Anyway, it takes a lot more than good food and nice decor to make a place feel welcoming. We left upset, and will not go back again

Nice but a bit noisy. The food was good but not extraordinary.
