Masterson's Steakhouse & Wine Bar
17 Main Street, Swords, Dublin

Finally!! A good restaurant in Swords. Didnt think it could be so hard. Had Chicken Wings to start. They were good. I go here for the steak and it is perfect. They cook it the way you ask. Staff are all very friendly and alert. Will be making this my local for eating.

An Excellent pub. Have gone there a few times now. The food is excellent. Nothing fancy just good tasty food. I have had the steak and fish dishes and can highly recommend both of them. Staff are very friendly and on the ball. Going to try a visit once a week as a treat:):)

Little Strand Restaurant
Strand Street, Clogher Head, Clogher Head, Louth

Dont get to visit this place as much as I would like cause I live in Dublin. It is well worth the drive. The best fish restaurant I know. All fresh from the local boats. Have always had excellent meals here and can not wait to return.

Kealys of Cloghran
Old Airport Road, (Off Airport Roundabout), North Dublin, Cloghran, Dublin

Have eaten here a few times. Always get seated straight away. Staff are excellent friendly and quick. Food is of very high standard for Pub Grub. Pass this pub on the way home from work and is very handy for a quick bite to eat.

T.P. Smiths Bar & Restaurant
9-10 Jervis Street, City Centre North, Dublin

Myself and 2 friends ate here Saturday evening. It was not busy. We ordered 3 steaks. After we ordered the barman came straight back with the bill €52.50. Never experienced this in my life. I told him I would not be paying until we got are meal and were happy with it. When he came with the food he handed us the bill again and said he wanted payment now. I cut my steak to make sure it was cooked properly and gave him the money. Will never set foot in this place again.

Deep

Ate here Friday night. Had the early-bird menu. Chicken wings were delicious. Had Fish and chips for my main and it made a nice change from the usual main courses available. Very well laid out, plenty of space.

Gibneys

Cant fault this place. Have been many times and always enjoy myself. Their is a great buzz about the place no matter what time or day of the week it is. Food is good but the place is more suited to having a drink.

Sheng Jing
110 Drumcondra Road Upper, North Dublin, Drumcondra, Dublin

Visited here a few times. Food is very good. Wouldn’t be a place you would be staying in after your meal. Not much of an atmosphere. But great place to drop in for some good and fast service.

Independent Pizza Co
28 Drumcondra Rd Lower, Dublin 9, Drumcondra, Dublin

Couldn’t believe it! Dropped in before heading to Croke Park for a Dubs game and got a table straight away. Had a gorgeous pizza and a bottle of wine. Price was very reasonable. Was a great place to go for a bit of grub before going to Croker. Hope I’m as lucky next time getting a table.

The Forty Four Hotel & Bar
Main Street, Swords, Dublin

Great place to go and RELAX. Really like this place. I have been a few times now. The chicken wings are the best around. Usually have the steak for main and it is perfect. Have had a few dishes and here and cant complain about any of them. All excellent. The barman does a great Irish Coffey for desert. All the staff there are very friendly.

Eddie Rockets (Swords)
Main StreetSwords, Swords, Dublin

I ate here Saturday evening. Was on my own so sat at the bar/counter. Staff took my order nice and quickly. And food arrived quickly. Chicken tenders and cheesy fries were perfectly cooked, washed them down with a chocolate shake. Great place to go for a bite to eat. Will be back again.

FIRE Restaurant and Lounge
Mansion House, Dawson Street, Dublin 2, Dawson Street, Dublin

Staff are too good. When we were shown to our table he asked did we want water, we said yes. Got bottled water that may as well been taken out of the Liffey! Food is very good and the location is excellent. The only dislike is: I feel like the staff is trying to sell you more than you want: water, starters, cocktails....

Town Bar and Grill
21 Kildare Street, City Centre South, Dublin

Brought my Dad out for dinner here. Had heard good reports but I was not impressed. Staff were not very friendly. Not asking for much, a smile would have done! Food was good. Maybe I caught the staff on a bad night! Might drop in for a drink to see if this place has wakened up!!

Seabank Bistro
Coast Road, North Co. Dublin, Malahide, Dublin

This is the best restaurant I have been in. It has everything right: location, layout, atmosphere and the food is the best. Great wine selection. Staff are very helpful, they know what they are talking about when it comes to food and drink. Check out the blackboard for some help choosing! I always book a week in advance so not to be disappointed.

Old Plaza Restaurant
Unit 20, 1st Floor, The Plaza, Swords, Dublin

Booked the private room for my girlfriends Birthday. 14 of us went and it was unreal. Totally different to the usual night out. Had our food, which was good. Then when all the dishes were cleared one of the staff members came in and worked the Karaoke machine for us. Everyone was talking about what a great night we had.

OKA Restaurant
Northwood Demense, North Dublin, Santry, Dublin

Have ate here a few times and it is top class. Set in gorgeous parkland. The restaurant is finished to a very high standard. Food is amazing; great wine selection and find the staff very good. Its nice that they remember faces and welcome you back. Is a bit pricey but I don’t mind, you pay for what you get!
